The hotel look like renovate I really Love the third floor, the shower was amazing a lot of pressure nice and clean they rooms very spacious, The TV was good the area is ok I Love it, the staff the ladies are so cute I Love them..... I came from United States Florida I stayed before in other hotels but the Ruby was Amazing, It was quite and no Tobacco smoke around.😉

Well..... my room was on the third floor i have to walk up there but that's a good exercise for the blood system 🤭

Easily the BEST in several visits to Colombia: perfect in every way: think marble and stainless steel. Immaculately clean and central location with local buses to terminal a few hundred metres. Double bed private bathroom cheaper than any dormitory.

Absolutely fantastic, 2 nights, EXCEPT credit card not accepted even though it was listed as acceptable in the confirmation.

Ms Diana was a great person and the housekeeping staff was right on. Very inexpensive and central location.

WiFi was spotty and the beds were insanely hard

Someone in the room next to me was smoking, possibly because we were on the top floor of the hotel, and they were too lazy to go outside.

it worked for what we needed for the night -

the room didn’t have any blankets - we had to ask for them - I think it was a simple mistake

We only stayed here 1 night, as we were coming from San Gil and needed a place to stay for the night before our flight out the next day. The hotel is safe and secure, and the people at the front were accommodating to our needs. It was good for the cause.

It was clean, comfortable and the staff was kind, the had the room ready for us early.

Nice appearance of the room. All sufficient for a short sleepover. It was well cleaned. The next day the lady at the reception changed - she was very nice - she accommodated us with a room change. The room was spacious. Accommodation near the center.

Before arrival, it was not possible to contact the accommodation all day - via SMS, Whats up, booking or by phone. They only sent a confirmation message. On arrival the lady was not very nice. The first room does not have the possibility of fresh air supply.. Very noisy place.

Comfy bed. It was nice and clean. Would recommend for a one night stay. We used it as a stop off before heading to the airport. Very cheap!

Shower is cold, and doesn’t even have a shower head, but we weren’t too bothered to be honest. Get what you pay for!
