I was born in this city and came to visit after many years of living overseas. I can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone who wishes to experience the city, but particularly to foreigners. The location is superb and well priced for what's on offer; but the main hook of this place is the BREAKFAST BUFFET! Absolutely delicious and AUTHENTIC food that reminded me of what my mother would make when I was a kid. Please try the soup every single day and don't be afraid to ask about the toppings for it (onion,parsley/coriander,toasted bread bits,arepa,etc.) so you can experience the meal as a Colombian would. If you stay here, the INCLUDED breakfast will be an opportunity to explore local cuisine and that's a huge plus in my books.

The ventilation in the rooms could be better but it's easily fixed by turning on the aircon.

Very well located, practical chain hotel. Fantastic restaurant balcony with one of the best views in the city. A chain hotel that does its job well is especially welcome in a city full of unreliable accommodation.

Confusing pricing and billing system in the restaurant, which led to misunderstandings. Some services like the hot tub not really usable due to being closed at night.

Second time staying here. Good location. Hotel is safe and predictable. Close to everything like the mall, restaurants, phone store, coffee, money exchanges, etc. Room was modern and tv worked. Nice to have hot water that worked. Taxi service at location was great. Also, this hotel is always staffed at night for late arrivals. Nice view. Close to San Pio park so you have to pay a little more attention to security as there is a lot of foot traffic but nothing more than any other city center. Park also gives you a feel for daily life and has nice artwork. Ate at restaurant. Staff was nice and food met expectations. Attentive bellman. Mixture of business and leisure travels.

Safe was too small for my travel laptop. Bed was a little uncomfortable for a tall person over 6 feet. Price was cheaper the last time I booked before the pandemic but still was cheaper than the other American chain alternatives.

The breakfast that is included with your stay, is more creative than my last stay. Many different breakfast fare to choose from. The staff at this property are absolutely the BEST!!

The price for the property has increased 17% since my last stay . Overall a very good place to stay.

A little pricey. The jacuzzi was always just luke warm and was one reason I chose this hotel. Staff seemed unable to address it.

Owe book a room for three people and it was really small and the beds weren’t meant to be for host three people. We have been there before and the room was different

I liked the location. It was close to restaurants and bars even though we didn't get a chance to go to any of them because we were only there for a night. Definitely booking this hotel again when I go back.
