The hotel was in a excellent area at 10 minutes drive from the main area of Cartagena where all the bar, restaurants and clubs are and also like 10 minutes from the airport which is very convenient. It was also in from of Playa Marbella. The hotel was very clean and the customer service was excellent. Staff are very friendly and helpful when it comes to inform your about activities, places to go, etc. Also the pool area was nice to relax. They also have breakfast included which it was topical Colombian breakfast.

The only thing I didn’t like was that the rooms were too small and bright in the morning due to the big window.

breakfast is great and delicious, extra bonus for that! staff is very nice and helpful, rooms need to improve, they just cover de very basics to have a safe place to sleep and get a bath, location is a bit far from the action, have a supermarket, a pizzería, and a drugstore just across the street though!

the room is pretty small, the curtains keep falling, and check out late was no way available :( nice shower and fresh towels though!

really great location, on the seafront and only ten minute walk from town. the room was air conditioned and very comfortable. the breakfast in the morning was quite basic but really good nonetheless, they even let us use takeaway boxes as we had an excursion one of the days. the staff were really helpful too with booking excursions and advice on how to travel to different parts of Colombia - would definitely stay again!

room was a little noisy and the pool was a bit small - absolutely no issues here though, the property was great!

Food, Cleaning, view, location, price, service

Sometimes there was a strange smell in the bathroom. We didn't like the price of the chairs on the Baru beach plan recommended by the Hotel, it was more than the average of that place. Cartagena 1 USD by personne... there it was 5 USD by personne (without the hotel is 2 USD).

the staff was very amazing, they helped out on everything we asked for and payed a lot of attention. the rooms were also constantly cleaned and well taken care off. the hotels restaurant was delicious with reasonable prices. The only problem was that the lift only reaches to floor 7, and the swimming pool, gym, and bar are all on the 8th floor - which is a major problem for people in wheelchairs for example (our case). that information should have been said before booking, or even better making the lift reach floor 8. other than that, i definitely recommend this hotel who wants a nice experience in Cartagena

It,is noisy..but with ear plugs it,s okay. The sea view is over a large road. Expect noise in the evening. But it is quiet in night.

The whole staff was super nice and knew their jobs we'll. The location was at a much better beach that didn't have as many hawkers and the ones there were not aggressive.

The ac was an automatic temperature when you put your key card in the slot that turns the electric on in the room. Overall, the temperature was ok though

There were many things I liked of the hotel. To name some of them is the location that is really conviniance. It is next to the beach, near the downtown and the airport. Besides, there is a convenience store nearby and some cheap restaurants as well. The room is big enough for a couple. The water for the shower is warm. The breakfast surprised me a lot. Due to they served us a lot, actually more that I thought of. And the view from the terrace is really nice.

The noise outside, not in the hotel, is a little anoying. Because of the music of the Chivas buses that pass by. But you can deal with it using foam ears plugs.

the location was amazing, and the beds were comfy, perhaps the breakfast was the best part of our stay.
