Everything was great. The staff were very helpful and kind. The laundry service was quick. Minimal english is spoken but they try hard to communicate with you and give you what you want.

They initially gave me towls but then took them away without replacing them. Maybe this was just a mistake. There is alot of noise however I was always tired in the evening so the noise didn't effect my sleep. I was on ground floor and couldn't open the curtains because other people could see.

Myra was an incredible representation of this establishment and truly made our stay impeccable and graced us with her amazing customer service skills and truly tried to help us out in every single way possible so that our stay here could be perfect and it truly was. She is truly an amazing person and this hotel is lovely. I can't wait for my next trip here!!!

The location was great for us, the staff was amazing, thank you for your help. Right in front of the bus station. Walkable distance from a lot of restaurants and the docks.

Mildly uncomfortable stairs if you are staying in the upper rooms. For me I would consider putting an electronic lock for the main gate giving the guests a code to get in so the staff don't have to come down the stairs everytime you want to get out or get in.

- location: central, yet quiet. walking distance to all old city attractions. supermarket and mobile phone recharge es around the corner, payable parking in the street - spotlessly clean, yet simple apartments with Netflix and Disney plus on TV, if you log in with your credentials - nice rooftop pool, although not big - breakfast ok

- forget the internet in the hotel (unfortunately, mobile phone signal in the old city is also weak)

staff are very friendly and helpful! Inside the hotel was quiet and calm and comfortable. No party environment in hotel! excellent location for getting to all the surrounding places of interest.

the only possible negative is the street noise and outside bar music is really loud! but this is to be expected since the property is on the main road. so if u want complete quiet, not here.

The location was in a perfect spot between Centro and Getsemani. Facilities were very good with kitchen, laundry facilities and a basic selection of cold drinks available to buy at reception. Our room had a private balcony which was perfect.

Lots of stairs particularly if your room is located on the top floor. It can be noisy if your room faces the street. Room was very small with only basic facilities with cold shower only, although given the weather, that wasn't a big deal

what I loved the most about the property were the staff. All of them were extremely courteous, attentive, honest and friendly. Don’t remember all their names but Carlos, María, Soraya and Milaidis. Very lovely people. The location is phenomenal because is right next to the historic center. I highly recommend the hotel. Is good value for the money and is everything one needs, specially if you would be walking around getting to know the city. - thanks for the hospitality 🙏🏾

Unfortunately, I do recommend tourists to be cautious about the sellers in the historic center. I was bombarded on my first day and unfortunately I found out later that I was charged very high prices for all the souvenirs I purchased. All the prices they offered should be half, at least (I didn’t know) - also, they are aggressive and I was very stressed because of them. But due to the free walking tours that this hotel, I started to feel better about Cartagena because the tour ladies helped minimize the harassment. -

Clean. Friendly staff. Has a jacuzzi. room has a mini bar with very reasonable prices.

To get in and out you have to have a staff member come and open the gate for you. The mattress was too hard. No hot water.
