The views are just amazing! The lush vegetation of the park contracts against the sierras and the water was beautiful and very calming. We enjoyed our stay very much, recommend the suite with the private pool although the other rooms have also a magnificent view. The food was very good as well. Also I recommend you use Uber to move around since it's 3 times cheaper than ordering a taxi which ends up being the same people that drive the Uber. Beaches you should go to include Los Angeles (8 minutes walk from hotel); Mandihuaca and Kokkos.

The AC was not really working but they had floor and ceiling fans which worked fine for us. The bed was a bit hard, so a topper would be nice.

Stunning views, very peaceful. Hot stone massage was exceptional. Evening meals were delicious. Loved the pool area for the suite bedrooms. Friendly staff and excellent service. Enjoyed the sunset views at the nearby bar where resident parrot Roberto could be found. We loved our stay and would highly recommend this hotel for a stay near Tayrona Park!

Restaurant kept running out of some meals or drinks and didn’t re-stock during our 4-night trip. Having some background music in the restaurant area would create more atmosphere. Breakfasts were a little hit and miss but their dinners make up for it!

This is a place I hope to return to again and again. The property is beautifully designed, with friendly and attentive staff, and the food is fantastic. It feels like you’re truly at the edge of the world, but with the comfort of clean, spacious rooms. The location is nothing short of breathtaking—situated where the ocean, river, jungle, and the Sierra Nevada mountains all converge. On top of that, it’s conveniently just a 5-minute drive from the Zaina Gate entrance to Tayrona National Park, making it the perfect blend of seclusion and accessibility.

This was the most beautiful place we've stayed. It feels like a mini eco lux resort. We stayed in the "pool suite." The room was equipped with a heated stone floor shower, a comfortable king bed, AC, and modern Colombian decor. It had an amazing view of the river, the pool, and the ocean. The suite pool was shared only with two other rooms. In addition, there is another pool for the hotel. The paths to access each part of the premises are stone, surrounded by gorgeous tropical plants. The hotel restaurant offers an incredible included breakfast, and excellent options for lunch and dinner to purchase. There are two ways to access the beach - one includes crossing the river which comes up to the thigh. I could not recommend this place more!

There could have been more seafood options considering the hotel is located directly on the sea. The drinks are pricey and small. And, it would have been nice to have windows instead of only screens to keep in the AC.

Fabulous location overlooking the Rio Piedra and Tayrona National Park. The area is so verdant and so full of creatures and feels like a tropical paradise.In the hotel grounds we saw numerous birds, iguanas and even caiman crocodiles. We had the swimming pool suite which overlooks a small deck with a pool and the Rio Piedra.! The restaurant is very good and the service was excellent. I can’t recomend it enough. The hotel pricing is also very reasonable. It’s clearly a well run establish with some excellent staff.

Tayrona is a rain forest so be prepared for rainy days even in the dry season!

Would have liked to know beforehand that there are alligators literally less than a hundred meters from our ground level room, calmly swimming in the adjacent river. Apparently they are protected in the area, they didn’t approach us but still made us feel a bit uneasy. Also the room doesn’t have proper glass windows so, despite the anti mosquitoes things at a lot of places, there was wildlife coming in (small crabs and geckos, flying insects).

The facilities were beautiful and peaceful. The rooms were large and comfortable. There was hot water for showers and drinking water was provided by the staff using our own containers. The pool was nice and clean with towels provided. For the included breakfast, we ordered from a menu and the food was delicious and filling! We ate dinner both nights of our stay at the facility and the food was excellent. The beach was small, private and nice. There is a strong undertow and swimming was discouraged. It was fun to listen to and watch the birds. Maloka is close to the entrance to Tayrona National Park, only a short taxi ride. We loved the place so much, we decided to stay past our checkout time. The staff was very accommodating in letting us go to the pool and even provided a changing room for us. We highly recommend staying here!

Everything was amazing!! The views are to die for the river on one side and the beach on the other. Our room had amazing views from the balcony. The room itself was lovely and comfortable, and the property provides shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner. The staff are 10/10, nothing was too much trouble for them and they went out of the way to make our stay memorable. Erika, the manager, especially and Nidiiam. Their food is very good too with plenty of options and some vegan choices too. The pool area is clean and well maintained, as are all the grounds. There is a separate bar onsite that serves snacks. There are numerous wildlife on the grounds, too: iguanas, green iguana, parrot, caiman (in the river), and lots of different bird species. There is a spa onsite, too. We all had a treatment (massage) that we loved. We were sad to leave this place but hopefully we can return soon!

Nothing!!! Everything was perfect!

I liked the view from our big balcony. The could see both, the river and the see. Our room was very spacious. Also our bed was huge and comfortable. Perfect location, very close to 3 diffrent beaches. Very nice and helpful staff. Tasty food. Good massages. We could use their App to order food, drinks or to check on anything that the hotel offers.

I did not like the smell in our room and also that we could hear voices from the reception and restaurant. At the beginning it was difficult to figure out which places we can enter and were we can go, as there are 5 diffrent hotels in this area. It would be helpful if this App had also a map with some description of the places to explore and hotel amenities.

The staff were very helpful and generally flexible. The food was good. Rooms comfortable. The air conditioning worked even with no window closures except for a curtain. The location is pretty isolated. The beach easiest to reach is pretty but short. If you cross the point where the river meets the sea, there is a longer beach to hang out and take a longer stroll on. You are also in the National reserve and the jungle. Crossing the water at that p[point can be a little scary if you are uncertain. Watch people and cross after mater returns from the seas from a wave. Saw too many people trying to cross when the wave came in. Not a good idea. No one got hurt, just wet and unnerved. I recommend making that cross and enjoying the beach. There are other hotels and restaurants to try. You can walk up to the main road (nice stroll if you take the path to the right and not the driveway. There is a market not too far away. Not having a car wasn't a problem for us. we were there 4 days.

Our room was right over the Kitchen, so it was noisy at times when the staff first came in early in the morning. having a room on the second level is otherwise better.
