Typical old fashioned hotel in a very nice area, not at a waling distance to the center, but worth it because of the nice and quiet neighborhood. Lots of good restaurants and bars all around the hotel.

Can't think of anything to be honest. There is also a laundry service near by if you need to tidy up yourself a little.

The location was PERFECT! We could easily walk to cool bars and restaurants. The staff is super friendly.

Breakfast is the same every day. For 3 days, it is totally fine, but when you stay for a week, it gets old.

This isn't a very bad thing but, it was difficult to locate the hotel when I arrived at night. The name of the hotel does not stand out from the street.

Much like Colombians in general, the staff reflect the amazing traits of this country. They are friendly, helpful and welcoming. They are great examples of how Colombians are: warm and fun-loving. The hotel is located in a great neighborhood - Laureles - with many restaurants and shops within walking distance. The metro station Estadio is very close. The hotel arranges various tours of local attractions on request.

The hotel does not provide laundry services, which is a bit inconvenient. The neighborhood where the hotel is located is very lively so it can be a bit noisy especially on weekends. But these are very minor inconveniences.

Bit noisy, especially in the mornings. And just a small thing, but a small bed-side lamp would make the difference between sitting in total darkness and sitting with a bright light shining in your eyes!

I wish that the room had a small refrigerator in it . Also my shower head was broken. The breakfast taste good but I wish you had a little more of a variety.

The low pressure in the shower. It was difficult to adjust the temperature to my liking. Either the water was really hot or cold.

We found the bathroom door too narrow, fat people can't get through, that's the only drawback, otherwise good. I find the room too noisy, especially when people are talking in the hallway.

The best staff ever. The hotel was immaculately clean and great breakfast on a beautiful patio. Truly the best part of our stay was the KINDEST STAFF from Diego & Luis to the cooking and cleaning staff! 10/10 would recommend! Thank You!

Great location. Walking distance from metro station, plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Breakfast was good.

The bed is quite small to fit two people. The room is quite small. Good to stay one night.
