I've been traveling to Medellin frequently for the past 5 years. In terms of value for the price, the Somos Flats Laureles offers by far the best in town. The location in the heart of Laureles is superb, they offer very quiet rooms located in the back of the building (which is very unique for this location), the staff is extremely friendly and helped me with every request (I'd especially like to shout-out Karina here, which offered a superb customer service) and the room size as well as the comfortable king size bed made for an extremely comfortable stay for the price. For people who want great value for little money, I'd highly recommend this place. I'll be back for sure!

Nothing, I felt happy all around at the Somos Flats Laureles.

The staff has been extremely helpful and welcoming. All of them are very nice people. The flat is great, with a cosy interior design and it has anything you need for a long term stay or if you need to work remotely. The bed is the best part of the room: it's super comfortable! Bathroom has towels, small hairdryer and soaps. I found the flat very clean. Regarding the location, I really liked Laureles because it's touristic but still authentic compared to other parts of the city.

Unfortunately, the place is located near an airport so in the morning you can hear the airplanes taking off/landing. I suggest buy some good earplugs. But the place is so good that I'd still stay there again! :)

Great place!! I sent some questions via booking.com and got replies quickly, and from there everything was smooth. Adriana, the woman at the front desk has a permanent smile on her face and makes you feel welcome immediately. The rooms are clean and modern, and the way the building is arranged with a common outside area on every floor, it gives off such a relaxed energy that it made it perfect to come back to. Safe and beautiful neighborhood, you can walk to what you need and there is a track across the street for morning runs. It's my new residence when I visit Medellin

The button that the front desk presses to unlock the front door should be at the desk so the concierge doesnt have to get up every time I come in. Im obviously reaching for a negative, I like this place a lot.

I feel like this is one of Medellin's best kept secrets. For the price, the level of comfort, privacy and attention to detail of the flats is unmatched. More than probably one of the best stays I've ever experienced. The staff was helpful and attentive. Flats very clean and comfortable. The bed was a dream to sleep on. Even though the building is close to a college and bars, there is absolutely no noise, which makes resting and relaxing great at night. I could keep going...

Friendly staff, 24 hours staff at the site. Easy access to a shopping mall. Max 10 min walk.

Nothing, that I didn't like. Just be mindful you need to pay to clean the room which is 40.000 COP per time. Also the property located at Laureles doesn't have lift/ elevator. All by all great experience. Last thing bathrooms are a bitt small

Nice apartment close to the 70, approximately 10 minutes to Estadio metro station. We stayed in room 204, top floor, plenty of space with included kitchen and everything you need.

Only one small mirror in the entire apartment. A different kind of window blind for the bedroom would be nice, to have both light and privacy.

The location was great, walking distance to many restaurants and safe. The room was very spacious and the air conditioning worked well. The staff was very kind.

Because I was on the first floor, the window is frosted, and overlooking the inner courtyard. Hence, there is not a lot of natural light coming in. I would recommend booking a room on the top floors.

The apartements are big and have enough space! Shower was good, but since there is only a small glass in front, water will rinse out. It was very clean and the people at the receptiob were really friendly.

Room service costs extra. So the bin in the bathroom would not be emptied. You can not book bathroom only cleaning, its everything or nothing, that was a little sad.

The staff was friendly the rooms was amazing and spacious for the most part and I never had no issues and stayed for almost a week

The bed was uncomfortable in the smaller room but we upgraded to a bigger room and the bed was a lot better

This is my second time staying at this building. New owners, but the staff is just amazing. A big smile welcomes you when you arrive, and it feels so much like a home away from home. The facilities are clean and there isn't much noise. I'll be back

They removed the washing machines, which is a little inconvenient but not a deal breaker.
