The staff and location were wonderful. The rooms were spacious and the amenities were great. The roof-top pool was great and the roof-top bar was convenient and fun. The food was delicious and the building offers a lot of nice amenities.

The location is on a busy street across from a club. If you are a light sleeper or have an early morning tour, I recommend an interior room.

Spacious rooms, absolutely incredible breakfast, nice staff, decent location. If choosing to stay here, I would recommend getting one of the superior rooms which face outside, they are louder but offer more privacy

A lot of the rooms have their windows towards the courtyard, which means you can look into the other rooms and vice versa. The weirdest thing was that our first room did not have real curtains, but only blinds which were see-through and made us feel very uncomfortable. The staff was nice and changed the room. The rooms that do not face outside are very dark, especially with the dark paint on the walls.

You can feel there, that this is a community place - the place for people. The whole building is in very modern and nice style, common areas is very nice, the rooftop with the pool and restaurant is amazing, and you have there very good view on a whole city. The staff speaking English very good. We can use our room for a few hours earlier, then the check-in time, with no additional fees. Breakfast is very tasty and you can choose it from the menu. The neighborhood is safe, and you have quite a lot restaurants in range of 15-minutes walk. Very nice place to feel good and spend a nice time.

The only thing to note, is the location, if you would like to use public transport. To metro or to metrobus you need to make a longer walk. Apart from that, the object itself is great!

I stayed at Los Patios for around 50 nights during my medical elective and the duration of the stay made it feel more than just a short trip to a hotel! I quickly acclimatised and the place became like home. The view from the terrace at night is breathtaking. To begin with, the accommodation at Los Patios is excellent in terms of service and hospitality. It appears as advertised and the room was excellent overall. It was a little disappointing not to have a washing machine but the manager and staff are pragmatic and you can reach a compromise. The room is spacious and very nice as is the shower. Outside the hotel, there are movie and game rooms (although the gaming area is pretty limited). The cleaners are amazing and very friendly, accommodating especially Elizabeth and Leyda. It was a relief to see the room in top condition every day after a tiring day of work. The chefs and the servers Sebastian, Maela and the rest were excellent. Each morning the breakfast was great in terms of taste and consistency. The receptionists are very friendly and full of useful information. David, Santiago and the rest were great guys (and gals!) Overall i really enjoyed my stay and would recommend it to anyone especially those staying for a prolonged period like I did.

I felt like the restrictions on the number of guests was restrictive, especially for those staying for long periods. It did feel more like a hostel/hotel hybrid with a very long list of rules for the accommodation.

What did you like most about the property? I liked most that the room was spacious, the location was quite good, and the warm water pool was very nice. Additionally, the hotel bar served great drinks, and the breakfasts were tasty and varied.

I didn’t like that the room was very noisy due to the street noise. The hotel is located on a busy street, and the noise from passing cars was quite loud. The hotel provides earplugs, but I was told that they plan to replace the windows with soundproof ones.

Great property and everything clean, the common spaces are great for collaboration and social activities and the art and architecture is beautiful. This place is great for visit the Medellin lighting (2km safe walking) and also has many night clubs nearby. The staff is very friendly, and the breakfast delicious. I have receive a free room upgrade for book with BOOKING 😎.

I would like a better consistency in bar cocktails, they have changed in quality based on the availability bar tender, and will be great to have the swimming pool available at least one more hour.

Very nice concept with different spaces throughout - work spaces, meditation corner, movie and game areas, gym, pool, bar-restaurant, etc. Large room with kitchenette, and balcony. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. Great breakfast with several options. Good wifi. The location was nice, perfect for me since I was attending an event at UPB which was just a sort walk away, there was a shopping center, and restaurants near by.

Noise from cars on the street was awful. I changed rooms, there was still some noise although it was better. The staff told me that they will be changing the windows/balcony doors for soundproof ones. That should really help. The pillows were a bit too big for my preference and there is not really a functional closet space; they have hangers and a rod to hang thing but the space is too short - with shelves below it - to hang adult sized clothes. .

Anything and everything in this place is pure beauty and joy. The facility is literally located at walking distance to the mall and transportation to go anywhere is so easy to find. Although what made my husband and I wanted to never want to leave was the staff’s warmth and attention. Ivone Perea at front desk along with Santiago are the sweetest people to talk to! Sebastian in the rooftop along with all bartenders made our stay such a fun one!! We left with absolutely no regrets and with all intentions to be back every time we visit Medellin!

Nice interior design, clean and spacious room, awesome breakfasts to choose, rooftop pool with restaurant serving great food, nice views from the terrace, comfy bed and pillows, good WiFi.

It was very noisy in the room, loud music, guests and loud water sewage - the roms have poor accoustic. There's not enough daylight in the inner room with windows facing patio in the mornings, but at night we struggle with the light from the corridor reflectors. Service in cafe was often too slow and forgets the orders. Long waiting time for the elevator. Not enough power sockets by the bed, lightning could be better with some nigh lamps.

Extremely modern place! The room was great ! Spacious, clean and very beautiful. They had a pool on the top floor, a gym and a bar with nice cocktails. The hotel is centrally located and was very convenient for me and my friend to go everywhere in Medellin. We booked a tour to Guatapé offered from the hotel and was amazing ! We had really good time! They also offer service to wash clothes which went very fast and was not expensive. Definitely coming back !

The gym was open only after 8.00. I would like to do some sports before breakfast.
