First of all, I must say that the staff at the hotel were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The hotel staff was very helpful leading up to the trip, answering all our questions via WhatsApp and even arranging transport from Santa Marta Airport to the hotel. Our room was cleaned every day and had both AC and a fan, along with plenty of fresh towels. The hotel staff was very flexible with our check-in and check-out times and always provided us with water from the fridge. Not to mention the gym, tours and the option of ice-baths. The breakfast served during our stay was absolutely delicious and satisfying. We were served with a variety of food items including fruit, eggs, and even pancakes on the second day. Coffee and fresh fruit juice were also included in the meal. Additionally, we booked a massage through the hotel and it turned out to be one of the best I've had in a long time, and the price was very reasonable. We were able to walk straight out of our room to the clean pool, which was maintained daily.

It's only a 15-minute walk to the beach from the hotel. However, if you prefer not to walk, there are cheap tuk-tuks available. The fridge in the hotel only has water and beer, but if you need any extra items, there are shops just a 5-minute walk away.

Amazing staff, nice pool, great breakfast (varied each day, fresh juice, arepas, eggs etc!), rooms were really nice (aircon & fan) and clean. Lots of different areas to sit and chill, gym area, think they had yoga/dance class but we didn’t join in. No hot water but this seems to be standard in Colombia so no biggy! Only downside was that our room flooded when it had heavy rain and some stuff got wet. Nice and quiet, small place so maybe not the best choice if you’re after a more social vibe, but perfect for us as a couple or if you’re after some relaxing.

A little bit of a walk to the Main Street (bring a torch for the walk home!) but also meant it was nice and quiet.

This a great place to stay in Palomino. We booked - and we recomand it - a room "with big double bad and view to the garden" and we were practically had an entire garden with swimming pool and a reading / working space and only for ourselves. We spent 14 days here and we enjoyed every moment. Zoraida and her personnel were amazing. I thank Zoraida and to both Gabi and Juana for their warm energy! Only 6 mins walking to the beach and 6 mins walking to the main road, a wonderful place with wonderful people!

Super chilled place. Nice pool, good areas to chill and spacious rooms. Great value for money. Nice breakfast, yoga facilities, WiFi. 10 minutes walk from the main restaurants, cafes and beach. I’d recommend.

The lock on the door to our room didn’t work so the doors didn’t close at the night. We had to convince them to change rooms and made it feel like it was our fault. Probably only an unfortunate coincidence. as otherwise a really great stay. Staff informative and knowledgeable but not overly friendly.

Loved it! The hotel is in a quiet area of Palomino, but not far from the main restaurant zone. The staff were lovely and attentive. We especially loved the relaxing areas of the hotel. The pool was perfect to cool off and sit beside. There is also a garden with hammocks and a second-floor terrace with lots of lounging areas and a great view over the mountains! The room was very comfortable and large. We definitely appreciated the air conditioning!

In the bathroom, there are some openings in the wall that a few insects came through.

The hotel contains more rooms than we thought, but is still so cosy and authentic. It has a lot of different spaces where you can chill, do yoga, lay in a hammock, swim... It has a nice vibe overall and the location is also good: not too far from the center but far enough to have some peace and quiet, and only a 10 minute walk to the beach. We felt at home, to the point that we even extended our stay 2 times.

Everything! We had a great stay in Renasci and highly recommend it. All the staff is very attentive and welcoming. It was spacious, with beautiful decors and multiple spots to enjoy yourself outside of your room (had a little Bali vibe to it). There is even a terrace with couch and yoga mats and a mini outdoor gym. We were working remotely and they even upgraded us to a bigger room with access to a quiet place to work, it was perfect. There are 2 different wifis, if one is down the other should work. Rooms were spacious. Beautiful/clean pool. Great breakfast included. Free coffee/tea. You can buy water, beer, etc. on-site. There is also laundry ($) on-site. Easy walk to the main street. We would definitely come back to Renasci Palomino 💙 Thank you for the beautiful stay!

The room was comfortable and had a good amount of space for our clothes. The staff is super friendly and helpful. We loved lounging by the pool. We liked the location because it was quiet but still in close proximity to restaurants and a ten-fifteen minute walk to the beach.

Wifi was very weak, often wouldn’t even work in our room. It seemed to be a bit better by the pool at times, but wasn’t consistent.

As a traveler, I highly recommend Hotel Renasci in Palomino. The staff is super friendly and helpful, and the charming hostess is fantastic. Despite only being open for six months, the service and facilities are already outstanding. There are plenty of cozy nooks to relax, chill, or work in, and the ambiance is incredibly inviting. Our room with a garden view shared the garden, an extra pool, and an open kitchen with one other room. Since no one was in the second garden room, we had the entire garden and pool to ourselves. Overall, this stay was one of the best we had during our three-week trip to Colombia. Hotel Renasci is an absolute must-visit and one of the best accommodations we have experienced. We will definitely recommending it to others.

Cawa Renasci means reborn and certainly has the best designed space for a hotel of this budget of anywhere I have ever stayed. 6 or 7 nicely appointed rooms, the hotel has a small but perfect pool, outside fitness area, 3 terraces to relax and the best a huge space at the back open air on the first floor to relax, do yoga, practice your dance moves whatever you want. Palamino is a lively backpacker, surf, party town - it’s fun and feels very laid back and safe. Hotel Renasci is the perfect place to stay. 10 mins to the beach, less to Calle 6 the Main Street. just far enough away to relax but not too far for walking back to at night. it is expertly run by Zoraida and her team. She will help you with everything you need within the space that she has designed. it really is a cool place - there’s even a very chilled out cat lounging about to encourage it’s chilled vibe. Highly recommended
