The proximity to the ocean. Few steps from the restaurant and you are on a pretty beach with few people . The sound and sight of the ocean waves during their breakfast buffet to the ocean sounds at night with drinks on their patio was incredible . Great to walk on the beach during low tide which was the case for the first day of our stay. It was swimmable too however the hotel had restrictions on that.

Restrictions on swimming especially during the low tide/low current days. One of the reasons we booked the hotel was so it would be convenient to take a dip in the ocean but I understand the liability issues. However, hotels just a few minutes away didn't seem to have those restrictions as their residents were seen to be enjoying the ocean waters during low tide.

The whole property is beautiful! Rooms are big, mine included a mini-fridge and a balcony with a couple of chairs. Pool is big, property is beach front, staff is super friendly, includes breakfast. I felt safe at this hotel while traveling by myself.

The noise from trucks passing by is too loud, even at night, but I understand that's not the hotel's fault. I'm still making the comment for people who are more sensitive to noise (or traveling with a baby) to consider it. The chairs in the balcony of my room were very smelly.

Beautiful beachfront resort with 2 nice swimming pools. Hotel room and shower was clean and beds were comfortable. It was around 15 minutes to Jaco. Uber is affordable and easy. The staffs were super nice Fabian, Hope, and the manager helped booking excursion for us. They were always attending with smiles and knowledge. Hotel owner came to our table to asking how we were doing and offered under house drinks as well. Thanks for all your helped 😊.

The pools and all meals were great. Staff was awesome. The fact you have 2 pools in different locations help entertain the kids with options for them to do different things. The food was great during all times

Snack variety could be better, feels like options were very limited (yet they were fresh and tasty)

The food at the restaurant was amazing. During our 10 day stay we tried everything on the menu and loved everything. The staff was incredible. Very friendly. Helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed. Ocean views fantastic. Nice pool.

Lady in reception was so nice and helpful. She gave us a breakfast in the evening since we were supposed to leave before breakfast was going to start in the morning.

Room smelled damp and there were 2 cockroaches in the room floor when we woke up in the morning

the plave and hotel is the best in the area, very exciting with private ceach wich us located in the land of the hotel, great pool, perfect

one of the stuff lied to me and said they dont have rooms with sea view, and we have been there 2 times and the second time we got sea view. but i will be back 100%

Direct access to both pools and beach were a hit. Complete with shower/foot wash at re-entry point. The breakfast was traditional Costa Rican fare (fruit, rice/beans, plantains, sausage, and pancakes) and was good.

Restaurant and drink service were fairly slow (not applicable to breakfast buffet) but the food was good.

We had really nice stay there, even came back for second stay on the road trip. Staff is very helpful and polite, big room, good food in restaurant, nice pool and it’s located directly at the beach. All tourist stays in the pool, so you have whole beach just for you, it was all ours, amazing. Good simple restaurants in the near.

The staff was amazing, everyone was attentive, fun, polite, energetic. You could tell upon arrival they took pride in their work. The room was spacious, clean, great view, large hot shower. Located a short distance outside of Jaco allowed short visits to town, but gave you the sense of seclusion and quiet.
