great location in the Old Town, very easy to explore all that Dubrovnik has to offer

On a couple of days there was no hot water

Excellent location, lovely apartment and really clean. Easy to check in and very spacious and beautiful.

The bed was not really comfortable. Very hard. For the winter time an extra blanket would have been nice.

The property was in a good location right in middle of old town, and if you got the steps down rather than up then it wasn't too big an issue. When I had an issue with the plumbing the owner attended the same evening to fix the issue. The aircon worked well, and despite being an atic room was not overly hot, and was not noisey.

Unclear why but the owner uses an agency to manage the property, didn't add any value at all. They provided conflicting information all the way up to arrival. Really struggled to understand how to access the property, they told me there was a key box, where as actually I had to use that code for the main door, and the key was inside my room. I had no idea which room was mine, I had to find out for myself. When I informed them of any issue, they directed me to the owner. There was no microwave at the property, despite what the listing advised. Whilst the kitchenette had everything else you needed (fridge, kettle, stove) it was way too small to be practically used for more than a day or so. Tiny bin, and no instructions on how to take the rubbish out so this was overflowing after day one - despite being at the property for 5 days it was not serviced at all. The apartment was definatley more tired than the photos, mould in the bathroom, and generally worn. It was ok if you got a good price and wanted to stay in town. Hairdryer in bathroom looked to be very unsafe with cable taped up together so didn't use it. Due to the sloping roof of my room I think my partner would have struggled getting in and out of the bed, if they had come on the trip with me.

Convenient location, good room interiors. The room that I stayed in had a washing machine. Nice kitchen with kettle and all the essential cutlery. They even had a coffee machine with pods in the box along with some herbal teas and other items.

Nightmare getting into the property. Stood outside the door for 30 mins. Tried knocking on the door, tried various pins in the keypad. Sent a text to booking.com asking them how to get in and they responded after 24 hours. No communication on how to enter as suggested by someone on the previous comment. Did not have a Croatian SIM to call the Croatian numbers on the door. Used work phone on roaming to call the owners on WhatsApp. The first number did not pickup after multiple tries, the second number picked up and gave me the keypad door code. Creaking bed frame. No bin in the kitchen. Tiny one in bathroom which filled very quickly. Mouldy smell in the room when I entered which went away when I left the bathroom exhaust for a couple of hours. No housekeeping as suggested on the table banner. Brown drip on WC lid which I had to clean dirty rugs on both side of the bed

Location. Attractive.

Owner didn’t show up to let us in, waited almost 2 hours until a neighbor reached him for us. He did not ever respond to several requests for assistance, via phone and Thru Booking.com No hot water for a day. Ran out of toilet paper. Somebody came into our apartment 2-3 times to use the washing machine, without asking us (when we were out).
