Absolute gorgeous view, quiet atmosphere, kind and helpful people at the reception.

Everythjng is ok, but in the future it can be a matter of discussion making connection between the hotel and some points of the town by a minibus shuttle according to a clear timetable for the guests price of which could be included into the price of the room because walking along the main riad to the bus stop is not that safe and using taxi service twice a day... a bit expensive.

All staff very friendly. Plenty of choice for breakfast, cereals,hot food, fresh fruit, pancakes,yoghurt and smoothies, pastries, cold cheese and meats. Evening meal either a la carte or buffet style. Amazing views looking out over the sea from room balcony, fabulous sunsets from restaurant and bar. If your budget allows stay in a premium room with a balcony view, most definitely worth the extra money. Even though the hotel was full, hardly ever heard any noise at night. Reception on floor 0, restaurant upstairs to level 1, and rooms down from reception to -1 to -6.

Sun loungers by a section of the pool didn't allow much room to walk past. No milk automatically supplied in the rooms, but bar staff were always willing to supply a small jug whenever needed.

Perfect, just perfect. Super clean, super staff, ivana at the reception was a delight and breakfast is spoiling you!!!!

It’s a bit far out so going into downtown we took a taxi, in the evening there is nothing to go out and walk around. But we had two pleasant evenings in the bar 😉

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. An excellent bedroom with patio doors to a small balcony with wonderful views of Gruz Port. The extensive range of foods served in the buffet style breakfasts and dinners in the Restaurant (with splendid views of he port and sunsets) was good and constantly replenished, and the house wines were very good value.

It's not the fault of the hotel but Adria might, perhaps, consider alerting arriving customers to the downside of it's splendid location. If arriving by ferry, regardless of what Google maps may suggest, do NOT attempt (as we did !) to walk to the hotel ! The vertical rise is just over 100m (330ft) and, as we later found out, the No 3 bus passes by the front door

The Hotel is clean, cosy rooms with comfortable bathroom, new furnitures. Kindly staff, all about 4 stars. There are 2 pools, one inside and one outside, a SPA, and air conditioning well worked. Astonishing view of the harbour and landscape. Great sunset from the swimming pool. Free parking, so important in Dubrovnik. Good dishes at the restaurant.

Position: the hotel is in the high part of the City. If you have a car, it's compulsory the one way on the state road, so when you go down to the center and then going up to the state road you have to do a circuit. The seaview is so good, but actually the hotel is in a spot between two climbing buildings. Pools: swimming pools are so nice, but quite small. Cost - quality is passable.

The hotel was clean and fresh looking. The facilities were good, including a kettle for coffee in the room and a balcony. The hotel had plenty of parking spaces, two pools, indoor and outdoor, although the outdoor was cold. The gym was decent as well. The drink and food prices were reasonable for the Dubrovnik area in general, except the small bottles of water €4..... The hotel is elevated, so I wouldn't advise you to walk back up to the hotel unless you are very fit. Use the local Uber taxis also, half the price to the standard ònes.

The location is high, although it was good to be out of the centre due to the business, but very high, 2.4km from the old town.

We chose this hotel for our short stay in Dubrovnik, mainly due to pictures and reviews on booking.com Its position is just after entering Dubrovnik, but it has a very good bus connection to both the Old Town and other parts of Dubrovnik. Tickets for the bus can be bought at the reception desk, which is very convenient. Make sure to consult the timetable, as the bus No. 3 to Old Town runs every 30 minutes Mondays to Saturdays and every 60 minutes on Sundays and local holidays. The view from the hotel is beautiful and accurately depicted on booking. The hotel has a spa with indoor and out doors pools (not very large, but alright), jacuzzi and pool bar. The pool bar has a snack menu, drinks and ice cream available until 18:00. We appreciated that the lobby bar offers a light lunch menu until 18:00 and we found some nice salads to eat. Between 18:00 to 20:00 orders from the light menu can be made as room service. Our room was spacious, clean and quiet during the night. It also had a small balcony with a café table and 2 chairs. Being a big hotel (with over 100 rooms) their target tourist type is large groups. This also reflects in the buffet type dinner (also available to other client on request). Breakfast is also Swedish buffet and was in order, but not spectacular.

Our suggestion to the management refers to a la carte menu in the restaurant. We had one dinner and, leaving aside the fact that de menu only offers a few choices, found the food bland and far from being special. Concerning breakfast, the coffee used in the machines is low quality. These are main reasons why the overall mark is only 8.

It has a great view. The rooms are big and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. It has a free private parking. The ladies in the reception were very friendly.

The easiest and affordable way to get to the city center is by bus. It is too far to walk and public parking in the city center is too expensive. The bus stop is near the hotel but there is no sidewalk and it can be a bit dangerous since there are many cars passing by. The hotel itself is great. I would only add some more toiletries for a hotel of this category.

This property had beautiful views of the port of Dubrovnik and it looked magical at night. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean and had everything you need. The buffet breakfast was excellent and although it wasn’t included in our stay, we were given a complimentary breakfast for one morning which was a nice surprise.

People rate the location as being great, and it’s not far from the port, but it is high up. This wasn’t a problem for us but it does mean relying on taxis or being prepared to walk and take a lot of stairs back home at the end of the day.
