Beautiful modern spacious room. Clean. Comfortable beds. Location is excellent, close to everything! Host was there to greet us when we arrived and flexible to our arrival time changes. Super friendly and welcoming. We were able to get a public paid parking spot right outside the building (but spots are not always open).

Really nothing to complain about! Safe was a bit tricky, but host was kind enough to help us out when we triggered the alarm :)) There is coffee in the room, perhaps some powder milk or a couple of milk capsules in the fridge would be a nice touch. Additional suggestion would be to offer a firmer pillow option.

Riva Luxury Rooms are in a great location, just off the main promenade and only a few minutes walk into the centre of Split. The rooms were tastefully and comfortably furnished. The shower and aircon were excellent. Everything we needed was supplied, including a handy fridge which was useful for keeping water cold as it was very hot when we visited in August. A handy little shop is below the rooms where we bought drinks and snacks and we had a great meal at the restaurant on the corner below. We loved having digital codes to access the property and rooms so no need to carry keys around. And the lady who met us on reception couldn't have been more helpful - offering advice on buses, beaches and Split in general. She was absolutely lovely. We were able to leave our bags for part of the day until we left. A great place to stay! We'd be very happy to return.

No complaints whatsoever. I thought the rooms were a little expensive but then all hotels in Split are and we found Riva Luxury Rooms to be an excellent place to stay.

Location, cleanliness, modern finishes.

Not a criticism but a suggestion for consideration… it would be helpful to have a luggage rack in the room. Driver, Lucca, who picked us up was excellent. Driver who took us to the airport overcharged us by $15 despite us advising him that I believed it was incorrect as I had a copy of the written rates directly from your emails. In addition, the couple we went with were overcharged by $5 and upset. He said it was more because he had to take the van. We did not appreciate his attitude or being overcharged.

Location was perfect, the room really modern and clean, the bed super comfortable, the bathroom modern and spotless - great sized shower cubicle. There was a fridge and safe, huge smart TV, suitable toiletries, teas and towels etc.

Only negative I had wasn't a huge deal was my room was pretty much in the reception - a thin door between us so when others were checking in, you could hear everything (and they would likely hear everything from my room). Wasn't an issue as I was out most of the time and everything else about the room more than made up for it.

Fabulous location...close to marina, old town, shopping, restaurants and cafes. Beach is about 20 minute walk. Groceries right next door sells wine etc. Spacious room and bathroom. Excellent host was welcoming and down to earth.

Not sure what can be changed but Riva Suites is part of an apartment bldg so its a little hard to find..no signage stating name of Riva on outside or upon entry.Entry is "rustic" so we werent sure we were in the right place. We found the reception area up a flight of stairs.

Room was clean and modern. The location was perfect. Close to everything restaurantes, coffee shops, markets and stores. Right next to where the boats leave for day tours and since we had a very early tour that was super conviniente.

The hot water only lasted for one shower. My husband ended up having to take a cold shower and that was very upsetting. The room is a little noisy you can hear everything in the hallway and there is no elevator to the second floor. Another thing that was not great was the super early check-out at 10:00am.

Room and facilities were perfect for us, right next door to a supermarket as well which was very handy. On the front so great location. Room clean, modern and shower was exceptional. Everyone we dealt with at the apartment was very kind a d helpful as well

If there was 1 tiny thing I would say is that it would have been nice to have a proper double-bed rather than 2 singles connected. However, that was very minor. Otherwise, perfect for us all round and good value for money

The location is unbelievable!!! So close to the center of all actions, everything is less then 1 min walk. Next to the entrance is a supermarket where you can get drinking water for €0.69 per gallon, cheapest you can find in Europe! They sell fruits, breakfast pastry and hotdog, all taste very good. Should check it out while you are there.

You need to climb up the stairs to our unit on 3rd floor. With heavy luggage would be challenging.

We only stayed here one night however the room was very nice! Staff were welcoming, room was spacious and bed was comfy! Air con worked a treat and wasn’t too many stairs to get to the room! Also in a great location

The only thing that I could potentially fault is that the checkout states 11am. We went out for Brekky and came back at 10am thinking we could stay for an hour before our ferry but the cleaner was already cleaning the room and said the room needed to be clean in the next half an hour. Luckily we had packed up our prior luggage. She also had threw the water away in the fridge that I purchase.

The room was spacious, the bed comfortable, and the shower was hot with nice water pressure. The location is close to everything, but was a little hard to find since the label is only on a door buzzer. Would stay again if we’re ever back in Split!

The lobby and stairwell was a little dark and depressing. I know it’s part of the building and not all the hotel, but for travelers not familiar with older European buildings, they may be a little confused or concerned upon entering the building. However, once you’re in the hotel section, everything was great!
