Great accommodation situated in the old town right on the sea front. Great size room, beautifully decorated with fabulous views. Close to all sights, cafes, bars and restaurants. Would highly recommend.

We had a kettle however a coffee machine would have given the accommodation 10/10 for amenities.

My partner and I had the most amazing stay here, the room was spacious and spotless and had everything that we needed. The bed was massive, and so comfortable! The location was perfect, right on the harbour and easy walking distance to all the main attractions of split, with an amazing view! The host was lovely, our flight landed earlier than the usual check in time but he let us check in early. He was super friendly and helpful! We highly recommend this place to stay! There is a few stairs to climb (74 to be exact) but don’t be put off, they’re really not that bad, and they’re worth it for the view!

We had a fantastic stay in the deluxe studio. Karlo greeted us upon arrival and gave us heaps of recommendations for restaurants which came in super handy and saved a lot of time researching. Though the apartment has a kitchen with everything you could need to make breakfast, lunch or dinner which is great if you want to take advantage of the local markets. Everything was super clean and tidy and made for a really comfortable stay. The location is also excellent! Although it’s not right in old town it was just super easy few minutes walk along the water and the water view from the apartment is definitely a plus when choosing to stay out of the historical centre. We also found the location super convenient for all of the tours which depart from the port which you can see from the living room. If you’re booking a place to stay in Split stay here!

The room and location were excellent. Our flight was late, so when we were dropped off at the address, because there is no lobby, there was nobody to meet us. It was difficult to figure what phone number to call to arrange for someone to meet us to take us to our room. Nowhere was it mentioned that we would have to climb 4 flights of stairs, with our luggage, to get to our room! The room itself a nice size and the air conditioning worked well. The view was beautiful. I don’t think we would stay here again simply because of the stairs.

Difficulty in communicating property people and the 4 flights of stairs!

It has a magnificent view. The balcony is so beautiful that we didn't want to go anywhere else for coffee. The old town, the harbor, and great dining areas are very easily accessible. Ivica was amazing, including the welcome, helping with carrying the luggage, and answering all my questions without any sign of impatience.

There is no elevator because the building is historic. We didn’t have any trouble, but it’s something to be aware of. There’s a kettle in the room, but a small coffee machine might be a better addition.

The rooms were as pretty as pictured, as were the sea views! The location on the Riva was amazing, since we could walk to many nearby bars and restaurants in a few minutes.

We had booked three rooms—two king rooms and a suite— since we were traveling as a family. However, it’s important to note that the suite (also a beautiful room as pictured) was located in a separate building from the other rooms. After discussion with the host, we decided to move into the third king room in the same building as the others so we could all be together. As others have mentioned, it’s quite a hike up four flights of stairs to the room, especially when hauling luggage. Also, the entrance to the apartments is not very attractive, with trash cans by the door most days. But since this is an apartment building, I’m not sure there is anything that can be done about that!

The property was just as described, it was stunning! It was very clean and spacious! The view of the harbour was so amazing and I loved waking up every morning looking out the window. The location was perfect, and Karlo was so lovely and helpful with everything. Would definitely recommend!

There were a lot of stairs leading up to the room but this was outlined, so I was very aware of this when I booked! And Karlo helped me with my bag to my room so all was good!

Excellent location, a stone's throw away from Old Town. Very comfortable, clean and modern room with incredible views over the harbour and of Old Town. Host were very helpful and friendly, full of recommendations throughout our stay.

The entrance to the apartment complex needs some work, appearing run down. The stairs leading to the apartment are a challenge with excessive luggage, those with mobility issues would struggle.

Everything. I asked to be met at the airport and the driver was there as planned. Very nice guy. Our host Toma was fantastic. He carried my case for me and was so helpful. He added me to his WhatsApp so if I needed any help, all I had to do was message him. He responded straight away. Couldn't have got a better host. The location was excellent as so close to the promenade and meeting points for the excursions we did. So many places to eat and travel links were very close by. Everything about my stay made me fall in love with Croatia and will definitely come back and use Seaview.

Only negative is the apartment is on the 5th floor.

Modern, very comfortable room, more like a hotel room because there is no kitchen but it was great for a short stay. The big plus was a kettle and instant coffee and tea bags. It really helps when you are coming from out of the country. I really liked the place..

The check in person confirmed with me twice to meet at three pm and was late 50 min with no forewarning. It did not feel like luxury to stand in front of the building at 30 degrees Celsius and the guy didn't text or call me. I could not call myself and had to ask a nearby restaurant to make a call for me. Just be on time if you keep demanding from me the exact time of arrival and demand to confirm twice and I am doing everything to catch wifi to confirm with you on my way.
