Clean and comfortable. Away from the hustle and bustle. All staff very friendly and welcoming.

It was in a residential area so not close to bars or shops but only €5 in a taxi to the centre and a nice walk down to get your exercise in.

The hotel was very clean. The sun beds were comfy and the pool was very refreshing. The bathroom was very modern and the bed was comfy. The hotel staff were friendly, particularly Kate, who cooked us eggs for breakfast. Unfortunately on the last day, I was unwell with heat stroke. Kate went above and beyond to make me feel more comfortable.

It was a long walk to the old town in the heat, however it was very easy to order a taxi through Bolt. It would have been good to have facilities, such as pool bar to order drinks during the day, however there was a shop a 5 minute walk away so we used that instead.

We arrived earlier than check in time - however this was not a problem. The host Claudio took his time to tell us about the local area , provided the name of a local taxi service that he has a good relationship with .. TIM Taxis are the firm and they were brilliant and saved us a fortune in taxi fares. We were escorted to the room the Air Con. and TV explained. The room was excellent, Air con. ,TV also .. Mini bar well stocked and very competitively priced. The on site Buffet breakfast was really good, substantial a varied continental style offering. The on site pool also excellent ( complimentary towels and robe provided.. just need your own costume). The reception staff were really helpful booked our taxis for us and helpful on all fronts.

No complaints what so ever about the venue and service. The offer was exactly as presented. Just watch out for the local and Airport taxi services .. They look out for tourists and charge high... Take Claudios advice use TIM taxis in Zadar!!

Very comfortable bed and lovely modern shower room. We had top floor room which had a very large balcony with part shade/part sun areas. Furnished with 2 x sun lounger padded beds and a table and 4 chairs for dining. This was highlight of stay as you also had views to the sea. Room had tea/coffee/kettle (but no milk). Breakfast was excellent with a lot of choice so you could have something different each day. Cereal, yoghurt, bacon, sausages, continental, pancakes, fresh fruit, eggs cooked to order. Coffee machine and juices. Staff in breakfast room especially Cartha were excellent. Pool is lovely and clean and was always space on loungers. We only sat around pool in afternoon and there was always shade areas.

There are some niggles but they did not detract form the lovely stay - As we arrived after 9pm the desk is not manned. The key card is left with a note with some details of breakfast. There was no information with regards the blinds in room, anything local as to where we could get food/drinks/local map for directions etc... It is approx 30 minutes walk to Old Town from hotel and is downhill. Issue is coming back to hotel as bus was always full and so will need taxi. (Approx 6euros from Old Town). Tea/Coffee was not replaced. We brought our own coffee jar and milk.

Nothing , only the location either required a hire car or taxis as it was situated on a hill with a steep climb back up from Zadar Uber and bolt taxi fairly inexpensive so wasn’t a massive problem

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was extremely clean with a huge and comfortable bed. The breakfasts were very good with a wide variety of choices. The pool was clean with plenty of loungers

Everything about the hotel itself was excellent but there were no restaurants or cafes nearby. It was a 20 minute walk into the town (all downhill) where there was lots to do and it cost 6 euros for an Uber each way. However if you wanted to just pop out locally, the area had nothing nearby.

The staff were lovely, really helpful and friendly. They showed us our room on arrival and pointed out main areas such as the breakfast room and pool. Breakfast had a good variety including pastries, sandwich stuff, cold meats, cheeses, fruits and an egg station - would recommend other fruit such as bananas for the crepes though (we just bought some in lidl). Quiet area and a 20 minute slow walk to lidl some restaurants, if not we got Ubers/bolts to other destinations which were roughly £4 each.

Some others in the hotel played loud music/were on their balconies but this only happened once and again, maybe different fruit at breakfast

Everything looks new and classy inside the hotel. The room was very spacious, comfortable and very clean. The parking was just in front of the building and the breakfast was very good. The room had a large terrace that was giving to the pool (they share a pool with the property next door) and to the quiet neighborhood, so it was very relaxing to spend a few minutes there in the evening or in the morning, with fresh air and nature sounds. The receptionist (Lorena) was very professional and she recommended one restaurant in Old Town Zadar which we absolutely loved (it's called Pet Bunara). The breakfast was wonderful, with many options and with a nice view of the city.

The location is pretty far away from old town (25-30 minutes by quite alert walking) but luckily Uber works and is more than affordable at ~5 euros. The beds were a bit too soft for us.

We were in the block behind the main hotel and it was immaculate. We were in Room 2 so had direct access to the pool from our terrace. The room was modern and exceptionally clean. There were tea and coffee making facilities that were replenished daily and a chargeable mini bar that was well stocked. There was shampoo, conditioner and shower gel in the bathroom as well as a great hairdryer. The pool area was very clean and plenty of sunbeds. Pool towels were provided in your bedroom. Breakfast was lovely. A selection of cereals, yoghurts, Croissants, fresh fruit and salad, cheeses, meats and some hot items. You could also order eggs to be cooked to your liking. There was also oat milk and gluten free bread available on request. Overall we were massively impressed with the property and despite it being slightly out of town it didn't affect our trip as Ubers were really cheap and quick to arrive. We would absolutely stay again if back in Zadar

Nothing - The only thing I would suggest would be a retractable drying rack for towels and swimwear on the balcony

We stayed here for 7 Nights, 2 adults and one child. The room numer 12 was a superior room, at the third foor, with sea view and a large terrace. The breakfast was very good. The pool is a plus. We loved our stay

All rooms have 2 beds 90x200 with 2 mattreces, it was an issue when sharing the bed with the kid. We did not realize this when we did the reservation. The distante to the city centre might be a minus. For us was not, we were very aware about this and we used a rented car to the entire stay. The coffee facilities in the room could be enhanced.
