Room was spacious and I liked the decorations. There was a dispenser of hair and body wash, as well as soap in the bathroom, the room was clean and warm. The exit to the joint balcony was a nice thing. The bed is comfortable. Staff was kind and forthcoming, both at the reception and in the cafe. Location of the property is extremely central!

The door lock on the balcony is a bit specific - took me a while to figure it out. You can hear the music all the way through the night - I personally do not mind, as I fall asleep very easy, and I slept through it like a baby, but it's important to know before booking.

For me, I totally forget what is to be in a place where is allowed to smoke inside the disco, bar o even the restaurants. So, if you don't like that (because of the smell or smoke), you will find everywhere in Croatia. I don´t know if a others hotels has any restriction about that.

Excellent location, good price, friendly staff available 24 hours, restaurant and rooftop bar are great, free access to basement club, ac and heating. Room was small but cozy and clean, no complaints.

Noise. Not as bad as others mention - I was on the 3rd floor and could hear mainly the bass from the 4th floor bar. And you can hear everything from people in the hallways. The hotel at least provides earplugs in the room. The other thing was smoking. Indoor smoking is permitted in Croatia so depending on how busy the restaurant is you will likely have to walk into a smoke-filled restaurant to get to the hotel elevator. You can kind of smell cigarettes in the hallway (mainly on busy nights) but the room didn’t smell at all.

I liked the shower and the bed was comfortable. Plug socket by the bed and a view over the main street. Mini fridge was a plus. The decor I liked, it's very industrial modern, glittery floors, can seem strange but it's ok. I like that the shower magnetically locked so it became a waterproof cubicle. The staff were really helpful and friendly.

There was definitely some rolling noise from trams in the morning and I did feel like I heard noise from the service stairs like someone trashing bottles after closing or somewhere else, like the fire door banging....but for the price, why complain, I didn't expect a soundproof room when you are above a bar/nightclub locatuon

Cleaning is an issue. Previous guests dirty towels were left , toilet bowl wasn't cleaned. Extremely noisy. Doors make lots of sounds so when 1 guest opens or closes the door, the whole floor can hear it. You can imagine for the whole night. I booked a room with balcony but the balcony is facing everyone because it's an indoor design. It's awful. It's retro style. Everything's black . It's very dark inside as not sufficient lights and lamps.

Great location, can walk to wherever you need to from there. Reception has a lot of info and are very helpful. Tram stations are nearby. They can also book a cab for airport pickup. There is a restaurant which serves breakfast and lunch with some options for vegetarian and lactose free diets. There's a rooftop bar if you like to socialize or just go for a drink. Rooms are large enough, comfy and clean.

Trams and street noise throughout the day from early morning and can go on into the night, if you have a street facing window. The bass from the basement club can be felt late into the night, only on certain days of the week.

Where to start I was with my friend and the room was good. The noise was not noticeable (even when I read some reviews about it) and the place is nice. The staff is so reachable and nice. The whole place is amazing and you can access either the rooftop or the Bumker Disco without paying additional fees. They also can let you use the restrooms and you can leave your luggage more time after you leave the place. Oh, the place is key to getting to all the night life in Zagreb, it is close to almost every bar or disco in the city centre.

The only thing would be the smell of the soap in the showers but only that, it is something not so big, it was even not noticeable for me but just in case I wanted to tell it. Other than that, everything was great.

Location is amazing, couldn't be better, tram passes in front of the hotel. 20 seconds walk to the Ban Josip monument! Amazing place for young people, the bar and the terrace of the hotel are one of the most popular, crowded places of Zagreb. I stayed alone in a room with double bunk bed. A group of 4 could easily enjoy the same room in a super cheap way.

Breakfast was the worst breakfast I've ever had. Imagine fridge-cold boiled eggs (cooked minimum 1 day before!) with dark green skin egg yolks... Terrible! Having only 1- 2 cheese types, everything about the breakfast was super poor, not fresh, dry and untasty... Stay in this hotel (due to location, popular bar etc) but never ever add breakfast to the package. There are great patisseries, cafes to have an amazing breakfast just 20 mt(!) away to make a great start to yr day.

The hotel enjoys an outstanding location, ideally positioned near popular sites. Yet, it's important to be aware that the hotel includes a club, which becomes quite busy and lively, especially during the late-night hours.

Overall, I was satisfied with my stay. The hotel's prime location near key attractions was a plus. However, I was not expecting the club to be part of the hotel, which was a surprise. Additionally, the room's heater could not be adjusted or turned off, leading to excessive warmth. To regulate the temperature, I had to keep the window open.

The location was amazing, well situated in the city centre. well suited for walking around, great location. and the area is convenient to site seeing and I had the pleasant opportunity to visit restaurants in and around the hotel and these were superb.

I liked everything and the hotel was accommodating. The glass rooftop bar was great however got too hot so I understand why it's not open during the day only at sunset when I was there in July
