The location is simply the best. You can have an amazing view from the bay while having lunch, dinner or simply a drink in the restaurant located at the top of the hotel. The pool is not very big but really pleasant, water temperature is on point. The staff is friendly and the rooms are very well equipped/decorated. Plus, they offer a parking spot in the parking lot on the other side of the street. If I go 1000 times to Curaçao, I will stay 1000 times at the Harbor Hotel.

The lady at the front desk was exceptional, very helpful, funny and kind. Forgot to ask her name.☹️ The room was clean, they offer us to use the room to refresh after the checkout. The food at the restaurant was good and not expensive.

The fridge can cool better, not all the staff was as helpful as the one at the frontdesk

The hotel is outstanding, and the staff could not be more friendly nor helpful. Stephanie at the reception welcomes the visitor in an amazing way, so that I felt at home immediately. Silence, room size, shower, amenities - such as coffee machine in the room and ice machine in the corridor - are some of the items that make this the best place to stay in the island. Location is convenient and very safe, just a few steps from many attractions as well as ATM, pharmacy and restaurants. Highly recommended.

The staff was very nice. They escorted us to our room and explained all the facilities. We received a voucher for some welcome drinks at the restaurant and the staff was very nice. The view from the restaurant as also our room was stunning. We could see all the boats pass and a view on the pontjesbrug.

We had to struggle a little to apply netflix to our room tv, but we managed in the end.

Breakfast was amazing. Don’t miss the crescent rolls and yogurt board both were so fresh and delicious. Staff was amazing! Pina coladas at the bar were the best I’ve ever had.

New hotel, very comfortable, very clean and extremely well located and safe.

On the day of our trip to Klein Island, we planned and organized our schedules, but our plans were impacted by delays at the hotel restaurant. Breakfast starts at 7am, but the kitchen staff had not arrived and they were closed. There was no other place for breakfast nearby. We almost left without eating. In the end, a staff member arrived and we were able to have breakfast almost at 8am, delaying our plans.

The staff was very sweet and pleasant. We arrived early and were able to check in to our room. When it was time to check out, the manager was so nice to us that she'd have one of her staff to drop us off at our other hotel, which was such a wonderful help. We appreciate it very much. The hotels’ location was perfect. Right next to the Queen Emma bridge. Walking distance to ottrobanda wall arts as well as the Punda lock statue. The room was well designed and clean to perfection. The staff especially Stephanie was so sweet.

Noticed a few stains on the pillows and there was a stench in my room. Smelled like it may have been some issues with the sewage.
