Amazing hotel, amazing location and lovely staff! Rooftop pool is the spot too! Room was immaculate, facilities were 5 star, location was on the doorstep of the beach and surrounding bars / restaurants and close to airport. Ticks all the boxes!

Great location

The water in the shower was barely warm although I left it running for a long time.

Great bed and very clean room. The rooftop bar and restaurant (with swimming pool) is really beautiful too and has a great staff working there. Amazing place to see the fireworks on thursdays too. The hotel is right in the middle of Punda neighborhood, which gets very lively at night (especially during and in the days leading up to the weekend) so it is great if you want to go out for dinner or a drink. All the main attractions are on walking distance too. So all good!

Be aware that it is close to the bars, so if you want to go to bed early, you might hear some noises from the live music that is played all over the neighborhood. They turn every off around midnight though, and it makes for a great atmosphere (for those who don’t want to go to bed early ofcourse ;) )

The Staff was very helpful and very friendly. We arrived in the morning and even nowing that the inchecktime is 4 pm, we went to the hotel. Our room was not ready yet but they ( Armandi) provided us with another room because we were tired. We liked furthermore the location, the rooftop, Cascada, with their great Manager and Staff. We liked Everything about the Hotel. At Sweet Sin we also had a great time. Can you arrange a taxi to the Airport? "Yesss we can" they replied. The Taxi was on time. They are working on some New shops at the hotel and even those workers are friendly. There is no noise disturbing you.

That Booking.com canceled this booking on friday night, 2 nights before our travel, saying my creditcard is not valid. At the same time I have 3 other bookings for hotels with Booking.com. We are grateful that the Managers/Owners believed us and gave us the opportunity to do a rebooking. We did not let them down. There was Nothing at the Hotel that we didn't liked. You Just asks and they provide.

The staff was extremely attentive regardless of which department you were requesting assistance. All staff were cautious and had wonderful can-do attitudes. I used all the facilities and felt welcomed from the front desk, house cleaning, restaurant, and the bar. I could walk out the front door and experience so many restaurants all within walking distanced day or night. Activities are also right there at your fingertips, and you don't even need a car.

The central location in Punda, walking distance to beach, restaurants and shops. The bed and bathroom were pleasantly comfortable, 3 restaurants in the house, a rooftop with magnificant views of the city and sea, an infinity pool and the courtyard. Elements Hotel has a special vibe to it, one of great hospitality, welcoming ambiance, relax and easy, just to bring you in the right gear to enjoy your stay to the fullest! The owner and his staff form a team of wonderful people with the right skills and mindset, working from the heart! Chapeau!

This hotel is conveniently located near all shops restaurants and beaches. The host Mr. C (cannot remember the correct spelling lol) was very accomodating. 10/10 recommend! Elements is a budget friendly hotel. Atm the property is still under renovations but don't worry its still VERY clean and it isn't noisy as you would expect. There are also restaurants at this property if you do not feel like leaving the hotel. Definitely would stay here again.

The only con was that there are no irons or ironing boards in the rooms... but fear not with 1 phone call, someone will be at your door with one.

The hotel is new in a newly renovated space that is still being decorated in some areas. Seems more like a boutique hotel. The owners and front desk staff are wondering friendly and totally invested in ensuring you have a good stay. The hotel has an upstairs roof deck, grill and bar with a small infinity pool (not for swimming) and lots of comfortable seating areas, and also looks out over the city from all sides including the sea. There is also a spa and another restaurant near the entrance. The rooms are quiet, simply and smartly furnished. However, I found the mattresses too low and soft for my liking. The hotel has great security and thoughtful process that ensures Maid Service does not start before 10 am and you are not disturbed even with a "Do Not Disturb" indicator visible. The location is 'muy perfecto!' It sits in the heart of the tourist area just yards away from the large CURACAO and DUSHI signs for photo ops. You can leave your car and walk to luxury and souvenir shops, farmers' markets, restaurants, the waterfront, museums, ice cream and smoothie shops, casinos, salons, spas, resorts, the famous brightly colored buildings, the movable bridge, some government buildings, entertainment venues, the IMAX theatre, the fort, the ferry port, and of course some beaches. It is across the walking bridge from the cruise ship docks but not close enough for you to see them or be in the midst of the boarding/unboarding crowds. And in case you need to know, there is at least one Polis Station near the CURACAO sign near the hotel and Security Street Ambassadors are all around the city.

Construction work still underway on some floors and only one elevator for guests and workers to use which can be slow. However, that is temporary and visible interior stairways are right next to the elevator. Check-in is on the 3rd floor.

The location was perfect! Right in the heart of Willemstad in a brand new building. Good cleaning service and fast and friendly staff. The rooftop terrace is amazing with a gorgeous view and going out of the city is easy by public transport or with your parked car at the free parking lot in front.

There have not been many downsides actually. The only thing I can bring up would be that it is recommended to use a car on the island. Public transport is not very reliable. But for the hotel, a beautiful boutique hotel!

This hotel is very new and they were still doing a lot of works when we were staying. Its on amazing location and rooftop pool and restaurant are really amazing. What will point was that this place was really really clean over and above every expectation. Location is amazing and they helped us with car renting.

Its a bit noisy in the evening especially on weekend and don't try the restaurant which is on the grounds floor as the service and food was really bad
