I want to thank the hotel for the cleanliness and friendliness of the staff. They responded very quickly to our requests or comments, and also helped us with calling a taxi or looking for things that fell from the balcony due to the wind. I would also like to note that the price of this hotel is equal to the quality. The breakfasts were not bad (the same every day), it was easy to find something to eat and it was quite tasty. The cleaners cleaned the room perfectly every day and did a quality job. The window insulation is also good, even with the fact that the hotel is located near the road. As for the location of the hotel, there are both pros and cons. It takes 15 minutes to walk to a normal sandy beach, but on the other hand, there are many restaurants near the hotel. The pool at the hotel is clean and you can swim. The biggest advantage for me was a good Wi-Fi because I was able to work.

It was not every day that the cleaners brought gels and shampoos. But when we asked, they brought it.

I loved to stay here! As a female single traveller I felt safe and the room is really comfortable! It's clean, close to everything and great breakfast! I would stay here again for sure!

The bath water didn't drain, but they can easily fix that. My room had a connecting door to other room, but it was quiet and safe. The receptionist told me to not worry and the room was empty so no noise at all! I would recommend this hotel for sure!

Location, value for money. The receptionist at check-in time (14:00) and bar/pool area lady were fantastic!

The evening receptionist was quite rude. There was no response from her twice when I greeted her with "hello," and when I had a question, she seemed annoyed (receptionist at check-in time was fantastic). The WiFi in the room was not the best, kept losing signal. Two single beds were requested (and confirmation email received), but one double bed was in the room. Couldn't be bothered with the hassle to ask for another room.

Great location in central Agia Napa, renovated hotel with all we needed for 2 nights. Breakfast was pretty good and staff very friendly and helpful.

It does get pretty noisy at night due to the proximity to the fair - bring some earplugs if you are a light sleeper. Value for money might not be great, depending on the rates you pay. I would not pay the normal room rate (currently 200€ for a double room) but with a combination of genius, mobile only discount and 10% back it was good value for us.

My wife and I were very satisfied. Friendly staff, free parking in the hotel parking lot, rich breakfast and a pleasant environment. There are many shops and restaurants nearby, there is also an luna park near the hotel, but it closes at midnight, so it does not disturb. We definitely recommend this hotel.

The only small minus for us was that the TV in the room had an EU plug, so it didn't fit with the socket in the wall, we had to use our adapter :)

Breakfast was good. The staff who worked in the morning was awesome! She always had a smile on her face early in the morning and even making jokes. Loved her! The location was really good, I don’t mind outdoor sound at all, I honestly can’t sleep if it’s totally quiet. So, for me this was perfect. I do not recommend staying at this hotel if one wants peace and quiet, but if you don’t mind it - go for it! Everything about this hotel was good for me.

The room was good, the bed was comfortable. Big variety in the breakfast but it's the same every day. The staff was extremely polite and helpful. The location was good, right next to the Luna Park and a 15 minute walk to the beach. Bear in mind that it's 15 minutes only to one end of the beach which was not as nice as the other one so we had to walk even further to get to the non-rocky part of the beach. The pool was good.

They don't let bring any guests to the room and we wanted to have our friends over. I understand it's the hotel policy but it could be problematic for some people.

Great new hotel in the heart of the city. Reasonable prices, very nice and friendly staff especially Georgie and Petra, great breakfast, swimming pool, cosy rooms with balcony, cleaning every day, coffee and tea in the room, refrigerator, comfortable beds, AC, safe, WiFi. Nearby all what you need, bars, restaurants, shops, bus stops, great Nissi beach and many more. For sure i will be back, i was happy here.. Thanks for the hospitality. I RECOMMEND NAPA JAY HOTEL!!!

The hotel has the perfect location. It is located in the center of Ayia Napa, it has greaaaaat staff, the breakfast is also great, the pool is fine but it is not allowed to use pool after 7pm. Rooms were cleaned once in two days

I would say that the rooms are a bit old-fashioned and more cleaness would be great. The carpet in the hall is a little bit dirty and spotted. Wifi does not work well everywhere

Excellent stay, hotel had just been re-furbished and only opened for 2 or 3 weeks when I arrived. Staff extremely helpful, Location is across the road from the funfair so can be noisey at night but did not bother me. Anyway it in is the centre of Aiya Napa, so to be expected lol. Only problem was the WI-FI, almost impossible to obtain in my room which I found frustration to say the least but I believe management were aware of this issue and seeking a solution. Nice food selection at breakfast.
