the common areas were not clean. you could see food remainings from the previous day on the floor and the pool was not cleaned every day

The facilities were very nice. Also the room was very clean. All inclusive food and drinks were very tasty and in good quantity as well. The staff was friendly. An overall very nice hotel, very clean. A short story to share: During the check out, I was looking for my watch and couldn't find it. Then realised that also my hand cross juel was missing. I talked to the reception and they called the manager. The manager spent more than an hour to help trace and find it. He ran like it was his. We finally found both and had to say it was my fault. The manager was happy it was found and then he treated me to a drink to relax. Well done manager!!

The pool was not very clean. I don't know whose fault it is, but to be honest I did not see any visitors follow the rule "shower before entering the pool" nor staff cleaning it. The floor carpet in the hallway is outdated and needs to be replaced. The shower in my room was very narrow. I could barely fit in to take a shower.

We loved everything about the hotel, the location, the food was amazing (we had all incl) and staff was 5star. Especially Elena and Natalia at the reception, Damla at the bar. Nothing was an issue. The pool is decent size always plenty of beds and umbrellas, small but nice kids corner outdoors and beach 1min on foot. The food both the choice and the taste was great entire week. This hotel deserves at least 4 star. Thank you for a lovely vacation!

Overall, Stamatia Hotel is a very good choice. Our breakfast was amazing with a huge choice. Our room was average, not bad by any means. The staff were very helpful and very nice, we had lots of questions and they answered everything willingly, always helped us with everything. The location of the hotel is excellent, the sea is just a few metres away, the centre is a few minutes walk away, plenty of restaurants, shops. Definitely recommend.

The bathroom door in our room could not be closed at all. We also had a problem with the balcony door, which was difficult to open/close.

Hotel was clean, nice with excelet location. Hotel stuff was very friendly, kind and helpful. The hotel could easily have one more star.

Everything! We choose Stamatia Hotel for our wedding stay. I would like to highlight the kindness of the reception staff and the restaurant also. The view was amazing from our top floor room. It was also very clean, the breakfast was great, also the dinner. The bar was also nice, one evening was great greek program in the pool area. Close to the sea and very modern. We tried also the massage it was also great we recommened. All in all fantastic Hotel!!😍Thank you!!😍

Small things: The lift was a bit slow and small, but was ok anyway. After one week stay the bed was not really comfortable.

The room was clean, the bed had fantasticly comfortable pillows and matress, good aircondition, view from the room to the see and the city. Food was great for 3 star hotel, excellent quality and taste. We had an all inclusive option and the hotel did really well for this option: drinks, coffees, icecreams, snacks.

Nothing in particular. May be only to add some entertaining programme or live music in the evening. But I loved the way it was anyway.

I had a pleasant stay at Stamatia Hotel. The reception staff were welcoming and very helpful. However, I found the restaurant and bar staff to be somewhat unhelpful and a bit rude. The meals were enjoyable, and the all-inclusive package was a nice option. The location of the hotel was convenient, and the room size was comfortable.

The alcohol offerings were average, and the room did not have a smart TV.

It was our second visit to Stamatia so we knew what to expect. Reception staff is fantastic, Family Room was great. Food selection is not extremely wide however all the food is very tasty. Location is perfect, there are beaches and harbour and city streets next to the hotel.

Room cleaning wasn't the best despite of tips. Restaurant staff could be more friendly.
