This is an excellent place to stay, and exceeded my expectations. I was here for 3.5 weeks. The accommodations were spacious - large balcony with table/chairs, living room/kitchen/dining room, bedroom (plenty of cabinet/drawer space), and bathroom. Both AC/Heater wall units worked well. Lots of light in apartment, nice views of one of the pools. The staff was incredibly helpful, accommodating, and informative (bus routes, beaches, shopping, tours, etc.). Short walking distance to bus stop on route to main station in old town/Kings Tombs (new station). Also to convenience stores, supermarkets (The Farm), and a couple of small restaurants.

+ Great balcony with a lovely view to big green trees and chirping birds outside + Checkin instructions were spot on and very easy to follow + Two bathrooms was a big plus for us

- TV is a bit on the smaller side, but that's only if you are going to be spending a long time at the apt. - there were loud workers outside starting work @ 7am, but that was just bad luck for us and it was only a problem 1 out of 4 days.

ask for a room on the sunny side and on the higher floors, especially in winter. Although there were many free rooms, we were unlucky. Street noises, cats and chatty cleaners robbed us of sweet sleep.

Nothing to really dislike here. Some areas can be improved. 1. Wifi was not stable. 2. People (like me) who arrive and depart at night can't consider on late check out. You can only leave your luggage in the deposit room. So, at 10 am you are on the street having 10 pm (and eventually long flight from Cyprus) without a rest and a shower in between. Feeling like not fair enough. 3. There is no reception on duty on Sunday and every day after 17. I had no idea how to peacefully resolve the issue with very loud, probably drinking people in the opposite building on Saturday whole night.

Very nice reception personnel, helpful and open. Nice amenities in the complex, good location if you have a car (a bit far if you want to walk to the centre and / or the beaches). We loved the fruit trees around swimming pools! In general it is a very nice complex and offers good value for money.

That might not be a common problem but we had really bad luck with our mattress (on the king size bed) - it was very thick, way too soft (no stabilization at all) and it was extra loud (each move could have woken our baby up). There were also little things that could easily be improved to give a much better look to the interior (rusty hangers in the bathroom, rusty dust bin in the kitchen, dirty silicone filling around the bathtub etc.) Also the lack of vacuum cleaner was quite annoying as we stayed there for over 2 weeks.

We absolutely loved Cyprus, what a fantastic country. The hotel was great, clean , friendly staff, lovely pools, all you would need in your apartment. Huge balcony, nice and quiet area. A shop at the top of the road, the reception lady was really helpful, recommending where to go, how to get there etc. Also booking a trip out on the sunset cruise 'wave dancer' highly recommend this too. A great budget friendly hotel. The only down side was the 25 minutes walk to the harbour, luckily we do not mind a good walk. Just thought I'd mention if someone had mobility issues. Highly recommend this hotel. We will be back :)

The apartment was big and spacious, clean with all needed appliances. Receptionists were nice, Jennie is the one we saw when we got there and she was very nice, friendly and even called a taxi to pick us up at 2:30 in the morning to the airport

Hot water supply, on cloudy days you have to wake up early to heat the water for like 20-30 minutes and sometimes you have to do it two or three times which can be a bit of inconvenience when you’re in a hurry or with a big family but that is not the hotel’s fault but the whole country uses that system from what l understood

The apartments were very spacious and comfortable. Everything we needed was there. The complimentary items were much appreciated and a nice surprise on arrival. The staff were super helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. There were multiple pools to be able to go to and it was a nice area to be. There were shops closeby which had all the basics required for self catering. The harbour was a 30 minute walk away and taxi's were easy to book. Reception were able to give advice on places to visit and the best places to eat.

Our only complaint would be that the complex was quite noisy overnight and early morning with people using the pool even though the signs all state the quiet hours and the pool opening times.

Check-in to the property was very smooth and made clear before our arrival. We requested a quiet room yet we were given one with a bedroom facing the road. This would not be a problem unless the garbage bins were not to be emptied at 4 am for about 20 minutes which woked us up. The emptying takes place 2 times per week (as in February) and is a very noisy process if sleeping next to the bins outside. The bed was very soft so it took us some time to get used to. Also, there is no shampoo, salt, pepper or washing liquid provided. Other than that, everything is very well with this property, staff is friendly but if you were to move a sofa in the livingroom, nobody has done that for a very long time and it is very dirty in the corners/unusual places.

The apartment was fully equipped and clean. It was even big for one person, because I didn't use the couch. However, it is an ideal space for 2+ people. The pool is clean (I only used it once) and I enjoyed it. I had a check in at 2pm and I was lucky that it was all clean and they let me in at 1pm. Many thanks to them for that. Hosts are very polite and sweet women <3

As soon as I entered the apartment, there was a strange, unpleasant smell from the cloth that was used to clean the floor (then it was in the bathroom and this smell hung there for 2-3 days). If you don't like walking and are not ready to walk a lot in hot and humid weather, then definitely rent a car (it's difficult without one, because the 20-minute drive to the beach seems like 1 hour in the weather). The transport system in Cyprus is very disorganized and not that easy. I recommend you to rent some means of transportation and go there. My hotel has a bike rental service for 10 euros a day and I didn't know, unfortunately I noticed the information at the reception on the last day.
