I liked almost everything - the bathroom (probably liked the most - very nice), the size of the room, the balcony, the kettle, the wardrobe and a lot of small well-thought things in the room - all were very useful. It was very similar to much more expensive hotels in London. I also liked the option to visit the swimming pool and gym. The parking also was quite spacious. I know that the shopping centers were also not so far from the hotel. So yeah, very good hotel. Probably when I will visit Cyprus next time, I will try to stay in this hotel one more time.

One small issue was that I wanted to go to sleep earlier, but the small party on the ground floor was a bit too loud. BUT as a plus - it seems that there is some policy in the hotel to restrict the loudness after 11pm. So everything was ok in the end. The breakfast was very nice but was missing some Cyprus-specific meals, as it was in other places where I was staying during the trip.

Hotel's location was great. Also it was super clean and equiped. I had no idea there's indoor swimming pool. I also appreciated voucher for the near bar Flying pig. I would love to come back to this hotel.

The beds are reaaaaaly soft. Nothing for people with backaches. Also I would appreciate better breakfast - the juices were horrible in taste and I was surprised by the lack of fresh fruit - I would not expect the fruit from the can.

Amazing breakfast. For those who say 'every day the same' - yes, every day the same 50 different things available ;) Staff serving around the pool/reception always around. Enough sunbeds, good pools. Entertainment - darts, table tennis, billiard, ... Spacious room, nice bathroom, nothing 'worn out'. Walking distance to both bus stations as well as Kato Pafos/beach/promenade.

I booked 2 different rooms, both were supposed to be with pool view and none was. I assume it would have been sorted though if commented on, as friends of mine did that and got the room they booked. Just one chair in the rooms was bit surprising. My room especially had no sun all day, which in general I didn't mind but it was impossible to get swimming suits and towels dry, which was annoying. And I was honestly annoyed by not having tea/coffee/milk/sugar re-stocked regularly.

Tasty food and very clean hotel

When you book a suite, it is supposed to be a big room and a feeling of luxury /something more. Well, this was a normal family room without hand soap and the shower gel and the shampoo wasn't enough for four persons.

The hotel was awesome. Spacious and relaxing environment with plenty of activities for kids and adults. Two enormous swimming pools and a small one, an awesome water park, extremely helpful staff and an extreme variety of delicious food, sweets, ice cream etc. We treasured the small corners under the big trees with thick shadow enjoying our frappe. At nights we played bingo, watched magic shows, we sing and dance. We are definitely returning. Special impression on the owner who was so approachable , warm and helphul walking around and be present to ensure everything was running smoothly. Facilities offered are awesome. They have arcades, spa, mini Market, a pub and a lot of other facilities we couldn't imagine. We even like the water with cucumber offered on arrival.

Everything was perfect.

The staff was very nice. The breakfast was adequate and I think most people will be satisfied. A couple of times we arrived for breakfast before 10am and they let us eat (breakfast is until 10). The room was cleaned regularly. WiFi was stable and fast 99% of the time. Occasionally had an outage - I attribute this to more younger guests taking advantage of it. The location of the hotel is also good. Within 10-15 minutes there is a bus stop to the airport, a 5 minute walk to a shopping centre and also a large grocery store. Parking is in front of the hotel and is free. There is a restaurant within the hotel which cooks really well.

The evening program is until 11:00 (music, quiz, karaoke,...). So if you go to bed early or don't like noise, bring earplugs. There was a big duvet in the room. Two smaller ones would have been better.

Friendly and personal service The staff were all very friendly and helpful and no request for assistance was a problem for them. The hotel is well situated, being close to shopping, transport, and the tourist sites. We would definitely stay there again. Lovely hotel and staff. Breakfast was enjoyable and had a good selection with attentive staff. Received good recommendations for food. Room was clean with the essentials.

Nice hotel, extremely good staff and the whole place was very clean. The food was generally decent (considering it was the usual buffet style). No real complaints

The location isn't great and feels a bit neglected. Although it's quite close to the coastal path, it's across a major road. The hotel is in an odd place. What makes it worse is the path to the main road feels a little sketchy, and is not well maintained, massive weeds growing out the ground and an uneven floor. At the end of this is a construction site, meaning the normal quickest route is not available but that's not the fault of the hotel

Food was great with a very large selection of food to choose from. They covered a very big section of fruits, breads, cereals and other kinds of hot foods. The large rooms was also airconditioned and one could choose to sit indoors or outdoors.

The entertainment could have been a lot better. The kept on having mini discos for children and none for the adults. you could see the adults wanted to dance but they failed to cater for this.

This is our 3rd time staying here in this hotel and it was unforgettable experience for me. The hotel staff was so courteous and helpful in every way possible. The rooms are spacious and the bathroom was neat and clean. We even tried the food during night and it was superb and delicious. Their chefs are fantabulous. A huge thank you for the manager who was in charge of the restaurant that night, we had a problem with our son and the food and he happily help us to solve it. Massive respect for that, he was very polite, friendly and helpful of course. I cant wait to be here again and again!
