Good location and very spacious apartment with everything essential.

The WiFi router is very weak and mounted in the corner of the apartment so the network is visible only in the living room and the kitchen. No towels provided. No extra key we were 3 x people and a small child staying for 15 nights and we had to constantly keep track of who has the only set of keys.

- Very spacious and very well cleaned apartment. The location is pretty much as good as it gets. - Just a couple of minute walk to the city centre with shops and supermarkets, and not even 2 minutes away from a tramstop. - Nice park around the corner and even beautiful view of the cathedral from the kitchen and bedroom! - Everything you could possibly need for your stay is provided (towels, shampoo, dishwasher tablets, sponges and soap as well as more cutelry than you know what to do with).

- The sink in the bathroom worked, but it was a very tiny stream of water. - It had too few / thin pillows (offering more pillows with covers would be much appreciated). - The main bedroom doesn't have curtains to block light of all the windows, only the big ones. So we moved the covers and pillows to the smaller secondary bedroom where you can block all the light.

Very nice and clean apartment. The kitchen has everything for cooking at home. Great location in the heart of the city. Near the stop of public transport, stores and cafes.

Not just disliked, but frankly I was outraged by the fact that no one warned us that it was impossible to drive up to the house!!!!!! Travel by private vehicle in this part of town is prohibited, as well as the fact that the parking lots that are located near the apartments are almost as much as we paid for the stay. I am sure that this information should be given to our guests.

Excellent location, in the heart of Brno. Close to all the city attractions but very quiet. My apartment from 4th floor (there are several apartments on Booking.com in the same building) was oversized for a single (+100sqm) with a magnific view over the Cathedral (Petr & Pavel). Sunny mornings or late night views were marvelous from the windows. Large rooms, comfortable bed. The wonderful historical building is placed a 2 min. walk from a couple of tramways (No 12 from the railway station) and at 4 min. walk to the pedestrian zone. It couldn't be better for someone who wants to discover Brno. Netflix access is a plus.

Only small details. The kitchen equipment could be better. A smaller saucepan, a pair of scissors and a microwaves oven are my suggestions. A floor towel could improve the comfort of the bathroom. I don't like beds with extended support that you bump into every time you pass, but this is strictly a personal opinion. TV programs only in Czech.

The location was amazing and the apartment was super comfortable. It was exactly as the photos. Martina was super helpful with arranging a crib and a taxi to the airport. The beds were comfortable and the washing machine was great!! Will definitely book again!

Just some small things - had to hunt for the tv remote which turned out to have been hidden under the sofa, pillows were a bit lumpy and the kitchen could use a toaster, some oven gloves, paper towels and a few more cleaning cloths. But all super minor!!

I liked the central, but quiet location of the apartment and its clean, modern interior. The host is very helpful and responsive to requests. Most useful to me were several amenities such as an ion plus ironing board, a washer-dryer, a clothes horse. What I particularly appreciated was the provision of a few tide pods I could use right away.

It's not that I did not like anything in particular, but there are few things I noticed: The TVs in the living room and the bedroom did not work (I do not know whether they are supposed to, also would not have used it much if they did, just mentioning this here), and the kitchen could really need a few sharp knives.

Seriously the best place to stay in all of Brno. I can't state how much we loved it. It's a giant apartment with everything you need. The view of the cathedral is fantastic, and waking up every morning having a nice coffee with it in view is magical. And when the sun sets, the Irish Pub (and the many things that Brno has to offer) are just right there. Plus, it's super close to the train station!

WiFi is great in the apartment with the exception of in the master bedroom of our unit. The cement walls blocked out a good chunk of the signal strength since the router is in the living room (opposite side of the apartment). Best suggestion to the host is to get a WiFi extender so that the signal can reach that bedroom. Otherwise, internet was great!

It was my second stay at Bishops Apartments and both times it has been great. Clean, warm, really spacious, modern and comfortable and in a great central location but with little noise. One apartment had a small patio (ground floor) and one had a balcony - both were great options. It is easy to access the key with the lockbox system. Irish pub nearby is great for a drink or quick meal and there is a bakery a few minutes walk away where you can get coffee/ basic breakfast.

The check in procedure is a little confusing when booking through booking.com. It says you are required to pay a deposit when you actually don't need to. It would be a good idea to update this and provide clear and accurate communication. Coffee machine as provided but with just one coffee pod (4 night stay) and no milk available and no information where to buy the compatible pods easily. In the first apartment - the bedding was synthetic not cotton and although fine for a night or two - it would be nice to upgrade this to a breathable fabric for comfort.

This is probably the best apartment in Brno city center (I lived there). It is in a beautiful old historic building, right next to the main cathedral. It is HUGE and airy, with high ceilings and beautiful views. It is central but quiet part of town. And park is literally 20 meters from door. There are two tables that can serve as a workplace for a laptop. Comfortable chairs, and fast internet. You can also look directly a thel cathedral while at meeting. The furniture is very good, not the cheap IKEA kind. Kitchen was well equipped including the espresso machine. Beds have comfortable mattresses. 10/10 absolutely recommend!

Very spacious apartment in the city centre of Brno. Literally just a few minute walk from everything. Clean rooms and good kitchen.

Confusing communication, way too many emails, they wanted to block a certain amount as deposit. And I received an additional charge for cleaning which was not stated on booking. Mix of messages I received on booking and via email and then everyone had to be registered which took way too much time. Anyway, overall the communication and pre check in process was tedious and not user friendly
