It is a very centrally located, just a couple of minutes and you reach all the attractions. It was very clean and comfortable. Someone had said that there was noise from the elevetor, we did not hear anything. We had unit 7 with 2 bedrooms and bathrooms. It was very spacious. We parked our car at the Rudolfium. It costed 30 euros/day. Is just 100 meters from the appartment and very convenient.

There was no coffee or tea. The communication was very slow. We had some questions regarding the amount charged( looks was an error on the part of booking) . But since communication was so slow, took a long time to clarify. Another thing mentioned in small print, card used for payment should be in the name of the person booking. We were using my wifes and it kept getting rejected, till we read the fine print

Apartment had so much character - took us back in time. From the wooden floors to the ceiling frescoes, it was charming. Very well equipped - all appliances worked perfectly. Bathrooms and kitchen were spotless and modern. The elevator was a welcome convenience. Steps from the Metro and trams outside our front door.

A bit of noise from the floor above, but that is expected in an old building. Not really a problem at all and it only lasted about 15 minutes.

The location of the apartment is great, walking distance from the Charles bridge and a tram/bus/metro line right under the building. The house was spacious with a small kitchen. It was very hot during our stay, but they sent us extra fans on request.

We did not receive the code to the building on time. We had registered before hand but when we called on arrival, we were told the IDs we provided were not valid and we need to register again to get the code. Even after registration we had to call multiple times before someone shared the code on the phone. Would have been great if they had informed us beforehand that we needed to send passport instead of EU ID.

This apartment is spectacular! Right in the Center of Prague with tram stop outside the door and Metro around the corner. The apartment was very comfortable, homey with great ambiance in an old building. We loved the high ceilings and character. Two bedroom, two baths, excellent kitchen with everything you need. We absolutely loved this place and would highly recommend.

Many stairs, but we were told before booking. We felt the apartment was worth all the stairs.

Great location. Apartment was very big, great for 5-6 people. It was very beautiful and spacious. 2 bathrooms which was great as we were 5 people and that saved us time when preparing to go out. Staff super nice and helpful! They help you immediately (the heater was not working when we arrived, they came and fixed it immediately). We asked for more towels and were given that immediately. Kitchen well equipped and dishwasher saved us time washing up. There was a leak from the sink in one of the bathrooms, but we just did not have the time to call them to come and fix it. It was not the worst thing, we just put a towel on the floor outside the bathroom door to soak it up. But if we had called them, i am sure they would have come to fix it immediately. We enjoyed our stay a lot!

Excellent location. Tram, train stops just a few steps away. Charles bridge just 5 minutes walk. Parking was confusing since we were informed there's reserved parking arranged but the location was kind of hard to find. After calling customer service we managed to find Rudolfinum garage – Alšovo nábřeží 12 (750 CZK/24 hrs) which was about 100 meters away. The apartment was better than expected. Large apartment with 2 big bedrooms, hall and dining area, two bathrooms. Kitchen was excellent. There's even a washing machine, which was a very nice surprise since it was not listed during our booking. Would stay here again if we visit Prague in future.

There’s 1 flight of stairs to reach the elevator and our room is another flight of stairs after exiting the elevator. The heater mostly was off so kind of chilly and freezing at night

Property was really clean and nice. It was all self check in and check out with using the key code. Apartment was very clean and well organised. Kitchen was also has all the utensils and everything was in place. There are no ACs, but there are table fans which was fine with us as the Prague temperature was very good. Specially Ceiling is too good with a artistic painting :) Location was also walking from the Charles Bridge and Astronomical clock etc

The apartment is really big. It has everything you need. Also the bedroom windows overlook the backyard, so it is pretty quite at night. The location is good as well, it is close to all most famous things in Prague.

There are a lot of things I did not like here. First is that I got confirmation that I can reserve a parking space and they asked for a license plate number. After that they stopped responding to my messages. On arrival they told me that I did not get response because all parking is booked. The second thing is that the provided code did not work for main entrance. I managed to get inside because somebody opened the door. The third thing is that the water pressure was very low, and it is really hard to get shower. The fourth thing is that wifi password did not work either for 2HGz or 5GHz networks. Other than that it was good.

The apartments are just great. Everything is done while preserving history. Very large in area. There is everything you need for a long stay: dishes, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, etc.The beds are very comfortable. 2 bathrooms. A balcony overlooking Prague is a special love. There is a tram stop nearby. The metro entrance is nearby. The main square is 450 m away. The location is very good. Contactless check in. I want to return to these apartments
