Perfect location! Just a few minutes walk to the Old Town Square. Close to restaurants and shops. The Karlsbridge is a 10-15 min walk. Comfy beds.

Not a lot of space to store clothes or things in the bathroom. Flat pillows. Cleaning of the room was not done very properly.

Very centric location. Clean , comfortable room with beautiful view. Bathrooms is super big and comfortable. The apartment has a controlled heating system, which is a great part if you travel in a winter. In front of the apartment is a little restaurant, which is not fancy but with typical chech cuisine and is very tasty. Near the apartment is the main street with many stores and restaurants

The safe box was not working. The girl at the reception was not friendly at all. She does not even reply when you tell her : Good morning. Very early in the morning, they start to clean garbage cans and is pretty noisy. If you depart earlier, then 9am , is written on the box downstairs to leave the keys in the box. But they did not mention that they locked front door for the night, and you have to unlock it first before dropping keys in the box. We didn't know that, and we were almost stuck there and could get late for the flight

The location is fantastic, perfect for a stay in the old town. The room is a brilliant size and has all the amenities needed for your stay. The shower and bathroom is well equipped with 10/10 water pressure! The house keeping is offered everyday but dosent usually happen until around 3/4pm which is quite late. Brilliant restaurants and bars located near the hotel, great mini market next door for key supplies or anything you might need. About a 5 minute walk to the square which was perfect for us! Would definitely stay again!

If you check in after 5 you have to collect the keys from another hotel. The receptionist wasn’t really cheerful but was helpful in telling us where to go.

The location is outstanding - just a minute's walk from the main square and about 5 minutes from Charles University, Jewish Museum, etc. The room was very clean, the bed was very comfortable, and I liked that there was a separate desk in the room since I was traveling for work and used the desk a lot. There was also coffee, tea, and water in the room. Everything was super quiet as well since my room was in the back looking onto a courtyard.

I was there during a heat wave and there was no AC so the room was a bit warm. However, there was a fan in the room that was extremely helpful. There was a fridge, too, but it didn't seem very cold. Since I didn't plan to use it, I didn't ask about it - I'm sure they could have made it colder if necessary.

The location is ideal just behind the old town square close to a prestigious designer street. 2 mins walk to the square. I recommend Minorva restaurant popular and the food is excellent. Also Au Gaurmand for breakfast and beautiful cakes and coffee. That’s round the corner. Beds firm and comfortable, you may need extra pillows. Coffee machine n espresso with pods. Ultra clean room and bathroom. Powerful large shower and nice fluffy robes to relax in. Wouldn’t hesitate to come back. Thanks for a great stay

Had to ask for more pillows maybe provide 2 to start. Receptionist could give more details of the area a map and some recommendations when you arrive.

The location is perfect. Walking distance to all the major attractions and metro. Room was comfortable and stylish. Housekeeping was very pleasant.

The receptionist was late opening up, people hanging around, and she was a little cold, although seemed better the next day! We used the safe but I couldn't open it afterwards. Waited till next day when reception was open, started to explain and she finished my sentence, "...and you can't open it, it happens to everyone". 10 minutes wait and housekeeping came with a master code. Don't use the safe! No cupboards in the room, only half a dozen hangers, so nowhere to put clothes.

Gorgeous Prague Rooms is a lovely hotel, very close to the centre of the the city's Old Town and just off a street full of designer shops including Gucci and Prada. The area is very nice indeed and the hotel is comfortable and charming. Our room was spacious and very clean, with a Nespresso coffee machine for a good morning caffeine hit. It was nice and quiet, with a very comfortable bed. We used the recommended Cathedral Cafe for breakfast and used the hotel's 10% discount there (lovely food and coffee). The receptionists were helpful and they stored our luggage on the final day, so we could go out and about. We will definitely book this hotel again, when we return to the beautiful city of Prague.

The safe in our room had a problem but we were provided with a key, so were still able to use it. The lift is up one flight of stairs (and our room was on a level where there were more stairs to access it from the lift), so it isn't completely accessible but I think there is a room on the ground floor, so make sure you ask about this before booking if you have mobility issues.

Location 10/10 - despite being a mere 2 mins walk from the main square, where you'd expect noise levels to carry through, the hotel was quiet and you can't hear anything surprisingly (windows were older, 2x single glazed). The strategic location between the Old Town and the Jewish Quarters meant you can get everywhere on foot, like I did. You are also only a max 10 mins walk from Charles Bridge if you want to walk across to the Castle area. Room - 10/10 - A large room, a spacious hallway and a big bathroom - so much space! I liked there was a door to the bedroom and a door to the bathroom which meant any boiler or shower noise from the bathroom wouldn't disturb the person in the bedroom, I would imagine. Beds were really comfortable and firm. One thing to note was there isn't air conditioning, I had one day with 24C and I could feel the hotness in the room. Opening the window didnt do much and I assume there would be a fan given in the summer months. I had a lovely view, the architecture of the building in front my window was just stunning. Service - 10/10 - Daily cleaning included, towel changed, reception ladies were friendly enough - I do my own research before heading somewhere so only asked very specific questions which they were able to help with. Bathrobe provided and a large carafe of water was there on the day of my check in. All in all, I felt it was a luxurious stay, without the hefty price a typical 5 star hotel would cost you. This place is so worth the price and I would without a doubt book here again on my next trip to Prague.

Cleanliness - 8/10 - While on the whole the place was clean and tidy, closer inspection shows the cleaners could do a much better job. I hope this comments will be passed onto the cleaners to finish the tidying up (not leaving strands of hair underneath shower tap, random plastic bits not hoovered up completely) It would also be nice for the water to be replenished everyday instead of just the first day.

Water bottle in room was refilled sometimes, not sure if it was cleaned in between uses so we used tap water. Language barrier with the maid/service team. The safe in our room did not work. It was very noisy as people entered or exited their rooms. People were loud at all times of the evening and sound carried. Heard people down on the first floor (4 floors in the complex, we were on the 4th floor). Ceilings in the room were somewhat awkward for walking around. No space or dresser to unpack your clothes.... only one very small and short and narrow closet. No luggage holder/support. Had to use the couch to access our clothes.

The room was awesome, super clean, cosy and at an excellent location! I would definitely recommend it to anyone asks me, since it is at a great spot to visit all the sights of the centre of Prague by foot.

The receptionist was not so polite and helpful. When we arrived she informed us that the room was not ready, even though we had earlier communicate our arrival time. Anyway, this could be an acceptable case. Though when we were leaving we asked to leave our luggage to the reception, till our flight departs, which is also a service that the rooms claim they offer. She was very hesitant, she said there is no space for this, even though there was and to move them to another place that they cooperate. If there wasn't that kind of behaviour, I would give a 10 to this accommodation.
