One of the best places I've ever been. The location is perfect. The center is at 15 min walking and you have a transport stop at 100m.(we use it only for the zoo, around 30mins ) The room was very clean, beautifully designed with everything you need. The breakfast was super delicious. The option with the lockers in the building was great, because our flight was at 10 pm and we could use our day for walking without baggage. There is a very good Italian restaurant next to the building.

Nice apartment, I really enjoyed the amenities like an espresso machine in the room, a desk, a kitchenette. Very clean bathrooms. The location is nice, about 15min away by foot from all the main attractions, so you're close to the center but you can also enjoy some quietness. It is also super spacious.

Customer service can be improved. There isn't anyone to talk to on site. So all communication is done via WhatsApp with a chat bot and remote workers, which can take a lot of time. A bit disorganised, on the arrival date they told me the room I rented is not available so I need to check in to another room, then check out and check in the next day into the room I booked - super inconvenient as I had to shift my schedule for that day to accommodate this. Cleaning also needs to improve a bit - e.g windows we're dirty with lots of spider webs (got a few spiders in the room because I opened them). Bed sheets were stained and a bit smelly.

Very comfy studio, beautifully designed and in a good location. Old town is 20 min away by foot. Bed was super comfy, bathroom spacious and I especially loved the fact that toiletries were in big bottles. Also coffee and some snacks were provided for free. check in and check out are 100% remote, but staff is easily accessible via WhatsApp

Two important things, location and airconditioning. As the weather was nice and toasty during our stay the airconditioning was put to good use and works great. The room is well equipped, the bathroom great and all in all clean enough. The accommodation is just a short walk removed from Naplavka, Dancing house and metro station. Supermarkets are nearby and below the building is a great Italian restaurant (which will also filled our room with the smell of fresh pizza).

Points of improvement to change my score into a 10/10 is first of all the kitchen faucet, the type and placement makes it really annoying to clean any dishes. Due to the high water pressure a slight overshoot, while opening it, will likely result in a water ballet. I would also like to see cleaner floors, it's not visible on the wooden floor but i noticed while cleaning the mess i made after my first encounter with said faucet.

The communication was excellent. The apartment was spacious, modern and clean. The little extras were thoughtful. The mid-week clean was an unexpected bonus with fresh towels. It was in a great location, with plenty of restaurants, coffee shops and supermarkets near by. A tram station 5-mins walk away or a 20-min walk into the Old Town. Would definitely recommend and would book again.

Great value for money in a perfect location! Really modernly furnished and spacious bathrooms!

Almost everything is great. The room is very clean, the bed and cushions superb and the bathroom is like in a five star hotel. You get access to the house and room with a private code when you checked in online. Numa Flow is located in the center, about 15 minutes walk from the Charles bridge and very close to the “National Memorial to the Heroes of the Heydrich Terror”, a historical place you really should visit in Prague. Numa Flow offers splendid value for the money – but if you planing to use the kitchen in the room: please read my thoughts below.

The kitchen has a not so charming warning sign – where they inform the guests that they can be charged 2500 euro if they don’t open the window while cooking and the fire department shows up. I didn’t even want to boil an egg after reading that. This warning is to put it frank very rude – especially when Numa Flow at the same time advertise their apartments with a cooking area that the guests can use. Furthermore: the customer service is, or at least sounds like, a robot. Not any personal service feeling there at all. It’s a shame and that’s why Numa Flow in Prague get a 9 in the review – and not a 10.

We liked basically everything. Maybe we were a bit suprised, that the apartmant was different than in the pictures (the room was on the last floor, where the only windows were made inside the roof), Aside that, everything was really really good. Location is perfect, the place had everything that you need. I will keep in mind this place the next time we are in Prague. They even left some snacks and drinks for us. Another good thing, that they have lockers, where you can put your luggage after the check out, so it's really convenient and very thoughtful.

Absolutely gorgeous bed, shower & city centre location.

Little too loud neighbour but it is not a fault of a Numa Flow.
