- Lobby staff are excellent, great customer service - We landed at 9am and our room was ready 6 hours early which was a life saver - Breakfast was great and felt luxury - Room was big and slippers provided. There was also a fridge which was great. Netflix on the TV too! - Great location - 15 min walk max to everything!

- One flaw, and that was on one of the mornings, we had the ‘do not disturb’ sign on our door, but had a knock and a man came in to check the heating was working. This was strange as we didn’t want to be disturbed but he apologised at the time.

The Icon is in a great walking location to all central attractions. It is on a quiet street. They need to change their name - there is NO LOUNGE at all. The chairs in the picture are the chairs at check-in. There is nowhere to sit and have a drink etc. When I asked he said they got rid of the lounge years ago. Would recommend staying due to location

I was there when it was quite hot but my room A/C was not working. The night person made it worse by putting heat/fan on. The next day the other person gave me a fan. I know that Europe isn't designed for heat waves but my A/C definitely was not working even though they said it was at 21 degrees. I was sweating like crazy.

I stayed at this hotel for 2 days. From the very beginning I would like to note its high level: • good cosmetics ("Rituals" brand); • excellent breakfasts, where the range of dishes is constantly replenished until the end of breakfasts, everything is always in stock; • excellent, comfortable pillows; • cleanliness. During my stay at the hotel, an extraordinary situation happened: I left my car in the municipal parking lot opposite the hotel (parking cost EUR 23.50) and at night my car's license plate numbers were stolen in this parking lot. I would like to thank the hotel manager, Valeria, who immediately reacted to this situation. She called the police, helped me throughout this entire situation both as a translator and as a psychologist :) I also want to thank the hotel employee, Janis, who helped me to put new license plate numbers on my car. The hotel and its employees have really proven themselves from the best side. I recommend this hotel to everyone.

That was an amazing stay. Thank you to the hotel stuff for providing us with an early check in, that was essential for us, as we traveled early morning with a toddler. The room was spacious, quite modern, clean and quite!! The breakfast could have a little bit more options, but they were just enough for 5 different days. The location is toptop. 10 min walking from the historical center, 2 tram stops :)

It might be nice to have a garden or a balcony to sit in the late evenings outside the room. But there were a lot of pubs around so really not a trouble

Modern deco/ room with AC and windows that open. Free wifi, decent location ( one block off main street) convenient to local transportation ( streetcars, subway, walking ) and attractions. Room 404 has safe, mini refrig, included breakfast.Room was decent sized for EU approx 250 inch, long desk with multi (3) outlet plug slots No concierge but front desk persob Eddie gave full ddtailed info and instructions on how to gdt around via Metro ( not reommended bcuz stopsvate not near attractions) , street cars ( which lines fo take For Prague Castle area , and stay on line 22 or 23 to get views of various tourist sites ( with get on, get off priviledges if you buy 90 minute fare (cost 40 kc instead of one time fare (30 kc), etc He does this at check-ib time for each guest, and is always available and ready to help.

Light bulbs out in hallway, mentiinedbro staff, not repaied over 3 nite stay.

double bed was not double, two beds side by side. beds were not very comfortable. in the morning cooling system starts to work automatically so we got cold

Excellent Location, clean room. Staff were amazing and very helpful. Breakfast bar staff were wonderful and helpful. The two gentlemen were very friendly and helpful when we first arrived. Explaining the places and showing directions on the map provided. The day we left, Johanna was finishing her night shift, but was more than happy to help and sort out a taxi to the airport as ours hadn't turned up on time (it arrived 20 mins late!).

The bed: never had a top mattress with a cover on top of the main mattress (it kept moving...not good!) and the duvet cover with open bottom instead of a zip or buttons as the duvet kept coming out of its cover. The pillows were very flat. I had to fold the very large bottom pillow in half. got a stiff neck after a couple of days!

It is our second time staying in this hotel and I think that speaks for itself. There was a great deal of comfort and a very friendly staff at this hotel. The location was also great and prices were reasonable. I should note that we get room upgrades every time we visit, and the room was ready when we arrived, which was earlier than 3 PM. I appreciated getting the keys to the room immediately without having to wait.

Despite the fact that the AC was functioning, the room could not be heated up to comfortable temperatures for some reason. In any case, the staff responded quickly and we were given a portable warmer that solved the problem.

First and most - location! Within walking distance from almost everything and a very nice walk.. We only used the public transportation twice. The hotel is modern and furnished nicely, the room is spacious (comparing to other city hotels we've been to), clean and very well maintained. Breakfast was tasty and had a lot of variety including bakery, hot plate, fruit. Staff are very nice, happy to assist and provide information on money exchange, traveling tips, and other tourist pit-holes. Check in/out were fast.

Great comfy bed in a stellar location near Wencelas Square and within a quick walk to Old Town, not far off Narodni for lots of trams and Mustek metro so easy to get anywhere. Under 10 euro to the train station. Good European style breakfast and a Billa grocery store around the corner. Able to connect phones to TV for Netflix. Kebab, sandwiches and Vietnamese close by for a quick snack. All around really great stay. Check in staff at 9 am on Nov 17 were so friendly and helpful...really felt welcomed.

A bit humid and hot in the room. Tough to control the temperature. Hit our heads on the sloped roof a couple times. Breakfast missed our eggs/omelete the first morning. Minor.
