The food was really good

The beach isn’t the best and the hotel cleaners are always frowning and always want us to give them extra money

Great location, friendly staff, good food and very clean. The staff are the stars of the show, so friendly and engaging. Big shout out to Mina Shehata, main restaurant, he looked after us, always professional and friendly and ready to go the extra mile. Abdel Basat Ahmed, main restaurant. Mostafa Mahmoud - a very lovely young man who showed us friendship and made us feel very welcome. Olya - Animation Team. The Pool Guys - Mohamed Ebaid, Mahmoud Kamel, Ibrahim Abdelai, Mohamed Abd El Fatah and Ayman Abdel Rady - what a great bunch of young men who made sure we had comfortable sun beds and umbrellas every day. And to our amazing cleaner who gave us works of art in towels and kept our room spotlessly clean Badawy Hussein.

Having to stand in line at the Lobby Bar to get drinks. This is not a reflection on the staff who are all very friendly and accommodating but more staff are needed to improve the service at peak times. It would be great if the crows could be eradicated from the outside dining area. It is lovely to be able to eat breakfast and lunch outside but the crows made it impossible for us to do that as they constantly flock around and swoop down on the tables to grab food. Also, they poop on the tables and chairs.

Everything was amazing, staff are very welcoming, hotel location is very good and the service was very good as well.

Their coffee was not good for a 5 star hotel. They are using nescafe which to me didn’t make sense. Also there was no variety for natural juice at dinner time, we only get to choose from sparkling water or soft drinks.

The beach is amazing. Animation team did a pretty good job. Breakfast is adequate. Happy hours for booking.com users

Some of the stuff members were not nice to guests. extras are expensive.

the staff are very friendly specially Sara at the front desk she was very sweet and helpful the hotel is nice rooms are clean and spacious the beach area is beautiful they have entertainment at the pool area which is fun and nice

the majority of the guests take take the full board option but we didn’t we only took bed and breakfast as we intended on going out during the day to do some island hopping and diving their breakfast is ok but it’s the same exact breakfast every day the place is not really the best option if you are looking for quite and relaxation as it’s more suitable for families

Great roomwith an awesome view, and really good beach access! Lots of activities and the hotel is well suited for children. I.e the facilities and activities were not an afterthought. Great coffee in the Poseidon cafe, and the food at breakfast was good but could be better. Other restaurants on site (especially Turkuaz) are top notch quality. Overall a really nice experience at a beautiful hotel.

At times the hotel was very busy- and as a result simply appeared understaffed! At every point the staff were always run off their feet, so have no time to show initiative and we needed to make the same requests over and over again. Small things were missed, and there is no attention to detail, (eg forgetting a portion of the order in room service or providing us with 2 towels where we are 3). One receptionist was an absolute pain, but another was wonderful! The sheets were terribly rough- and needed to be changed. Overall, this is unlike the Hilton brand where consistency and quality are usually the standard. Most importantly, staff can make or break the experience and the good ones saved the day!

Clean and big rooms, amazing pool area, very good service and tasty food. Our overall trip to Egypt and Hilton was amazing and I highly recommend the hotel.

The third party companies was VERY pushy by the pool and did not leave us alone. They kept coming back trying to sell us more, even though we already booked a snorkeling trip, trip to the pyramids, quad biking, and two massages. Very annoying and they did not take no for an answer until we became angry. On top of this, they over charged us for the pyramid trip (told us one price in euros and charged us more in Egyptian dollars). We talked to the employees from Hilton about this and they sorted it for us luckily. Anyhow, stuff like this should not happen on the hotel area - even though it was done by a third party.

Beautiful location and lovely rooms. The beach was nice and kept clean and the rooms were beautifully decorated.

The rooms lacked lighting. After sunset it’s impossible to sit comfortably in the room. The kitchen area has lighting but the room itself after that is completely dark except from a very faint light by the bed. The food was also not the best. A little disappointing for a Hilton. Almost all the food was under seasoned. And the dessert was not very good at all. Very dry and stale.

Every single thing in the hotel is brilliant. I am a very fussy person but the hotel is just amazing. Very clean and spacious, staff are very helpful and nice. Specially Saaed in the pool bar, he is very professional and kept his smile although he was by himself for few days and he was extremely busy. The facilities are great. The view is amazing from the sea view rooms. Very good sound proof rooms. We went for diving from the hotel and it was brilliant and the staff were very professional. The food quality and quality is great. In some hotels the variety is good but the desserts always taste the same. This hotel is different the desserts and food and starters are all very fresh and delicious.
