A great resort, very family friendly and also great for couples. Rooms are a perfect size and clean. Awesome pool areas and a clean beach area. loved the wide range of options for meal times, also pizza and burgers on the beach and near the pool in between meal times. Excellent pricing for an all inclusive stay (includes food, all drinks, snacks and ice cream) Lots of activities happening to keep things entertaining. Everything you need is onsite, staff are excellent and very helpful.

There is no WIfi in room, only in public areas. Was sometimes slow or didn't connect at all. Would love to see more Egyptian foods on offer at Dinner, Koshary would be good to have as an all the time option

I was there for a long layover and the hotel exceeded my expectations! The structure is amazing and it is totally worth it to spend at least a few days there! It is a small piece of heaven by the sea! Rooms are comfortable, beach is nice, pools are great! All inclusive very good and running for the whole day.

Check in was quite messy. You are not able to get to your room by yourself, the concierge guy took my key and kept it while taking a lot of other people to their rooms and I really would like to go to my room (just around the corner and only hand luggage) and I could not - it took me forever to get there. Also, food is good (average), not outstanding. But would not keep me from going back because I really loved it!

Sea, food most of the time was good, pool and the wonderful view from the grill restaurant

Reception guy was rude, while reserving my room it was mentioned under the children policy that any child under 12 is welcome to stay free of charge, but when I arrived they showed me a total different policy that states any child under 6 years is free and i must pay 15$ per night for any child above 6 years and under 12 years !!! They do not refill the salad buffet if it is finished They have to put some direction signs On my last night there was ants on the bed but they handle the issue on the spot There was water coming from the Air conditioning

I was given the wrong number. The man from Spa in Hotel called Tima took money from my hand without asking. The full story: He was skiing for tips and I decided to give some meanwhile I was looking in to my cash trying to read money, he just took from my hands 200 egp pounds saying that's will be enough for him. I was so shocked with his behaviour that I didn't say something. Be careful with tps, never show money. Also, the quality of the spa at the hotel is poor. The vip spa costs me 125 euros, but the quality of hamam and the other are more than poor.

Everything, lovely room, view to sea from room, easy to get around resort from our room 102D, staff are so friendly and helpful always smiling. They go out of their way to make you comfortable and happy. Food was amazing. No wifi inside room but everywhere else is good WiFi 🛜

Nothing. If I had to pick on something it would be could do with more plug sockets in room and around resort and WiFi in room would be handy but none of this affected our holiday which we enjoyed so much I’ve booked to come back in December

The theme of the buildings, the location and view of the restaurant, the food and the variety of number of bars were also great, The room had a super view with pool and sea views and amazing atmosphere with the nubian style The reception people were amazing (receptionist and lobby people), they gave us a room with sea and pool view without any fees, The food was good as per the value, variety was great, with too many salad options! Drinks and cocktails were tasty The most I like is the restaurant place and view! With Gulls, Dolphins and fish all over the place! I adored it!

The sea is too rocky, not very exciting.. the animation team wasn’t much active or ignoring the Egyptians, also some of the staff were ignoring the Egyptians but I could that It would be about 20% only of them, the rest were friendly and familiar

-Checking in and out were fast. I would like to thank Mr. Ahmed at reception. - Snorkling in the sea was beautiful. - The main pool has a great bar man called mr.ashraf he is very helpful, and the volleyball zone in the pool is separated, so you can play without annoying anyone else. - The restaurant has a variety of food, outdoor area has outstanding view on sea while you eat you can see passing yachts and a lot of lovely whiteeye seagulls.

There are two chefs in the restaurant who do omelette at breakfast and pasta at lunch. I can not recall their names, They are quite rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful with egyptians. Except that all staff were very welcoming.

I really don’t know from where to start, the friendly staff who r just not friendly, they are “happy staff”, their liveliness and kindness is just infectious, they are super attentive to you, and you can see how all they care about is u having really a great time and experience. The hotel is located on beautiful crystal clear sea where u can literally enjoy watching the colourful fish while snorkeling or even at the shore. The food, oh the food, so delicious with surprises every day. Not only the rooms are clean, every detail in the hotel is clean, nothing goes in-noticed. It’s very kids friendly too as I went with my niece 👧🏻. This hotel is nothing less than a 5 star hotel level service. In fact I literally left a 5 hotel booking as it didn’t serve up to the standard of Arabella. Seriously dont think, just book.

We liked the hotel. style, snorkeling among corals and colorful fish.We booked 3 all body massages and it was the best massages I ever had,very recommend it to try.The food was good,not too many people, mainly German and Netherlands,very few English.

When we paid by card for massages they said the price but when I checked my bank account there was charged more by 20£.After negotiation I got my money back by cash.Very unpleasant experience when directly stealing from you.
