The property was amazing, the staff were wonderful and the availability of snacks and drinks were great. Live the shopping facility.

The property was amazing but due to the rain we were limited on our movements. With no restaurants on the main building, during the rain all services were not available and we were stuck. If the buildings has hoping covered walk ways this would have been an amazing facility. During rain we could have went shopping or go dining but this was not possible. This was bad design and very disappointing.

Very relaxing

The waitress at the French Restaurant just gave us the meal and left us. She did not return until we spied her and asked for steak knives as the normal knife could not cut the lamb chips we ordered. Then she didn’t ask how was the meal , she just left us for about half of an hour, she returned. We were anxiously awaiting for our desert, but left without getting any. We were in room 3136 and we went there on Tuesday night.

I didn't have much choice in where to stay although the price of this hotel was well out of my budget it was amazing. I have never slept in a bed that was so comfortable. The range of food and number of restaurants was plenty I wish I had more time there to explore everything. St James is one of those resorts that you doing have to leave ever.

The wifi wasn't the best due to the hurricane which was frustrating when trying too communicate with family and gain information about my delayed flight. There was slight mishap in communication online and the availability at the property due to the hurricane but beside that the property itself is exceptional

I Did like a Few Peoples Only On The Day Before we were Leaving the Tuesday the 17 the Lsdy in the Gift Shop with the Suit cases Was Rud And Said they Will not be Open for the Sale She is doing Inventory I said Right at a 30% Sale time She was Very Rude I Went and Told the Lady at the Destk Across frim the Front Dest I want to Make a Complete on her UNPROFESSIONAL and Rud Ness and Not Opening to Customers on That ADVERTISED SALE DATE AND TIME TO CUSTOMER. Other then that Everyone Else was FANTASTIC.

Check in went very prompt and smooth. I enjoyed the services at the Spa, the friendliness of all the staff. NO one ever walked by without proper greeting. Omg! did I mention the food? beyond good. the Asian Infused Restuarant was my overall favorite. the flavors were outstanding made me shed a tear it was that good. Also, I traveled alone and felt very safe with the excursions from the resorts. I used the tour guide for 2 hours. He made me feel extremely safe. He was the proper gentleman. no worries while I went shopping and exploring. Will definitely utilize him again.

I really didn't have any dislikes other than I believe this St. James will be an all-inclusive just not Adult's only anymore so next year I will stay at the partner resort Wild Orchard. I may suggest having the Timeshare people wait until the next day to approach you about attending seminars that way you get to unwind from traveling,

The property was well designed with every room seeming to have a great view. The water was crystal clear and the sand was relatively clean, too. The food was, hands down, the best all inclusive food we have had to date. There was almost always something to do and we enjoyed the entertainment every single night.

Our first room was not clean: sand on the floor, hair in the bed and bathroom, dust on the shelves. We moved to another room that was fine, but it left a bad first impression. This is somewhat outside of the control of the property, but the crowd was pretty stuffy. My husband and I like to have fun, like normal people. It was odd to be in a crowd that didn't engage in call and response, applaud the entertainment, etc. If nothing else, the performers worked hard every night to entertain the crowd and it's just rude to me to not acknowledge their effort. It's fine if you don't mind being the loudest person in the audience, but I prefer a group effort to really bring fun energy to the space.

Secrets St James has incredibly friendly staff. Always greeted with a warm welcome and a big smile everyday. The restaurants / food was incredible too. The Caribbean restaurant was authentic and very tasty,

The hotel is worn and tired - especially the rooms. Although they do their best to keep the rooms clean, compared to other Secrets (Mexico for example) we could really notice the difference.

Our butler, Betty, exceeded my expectations. She went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Our housekeeper kept our room immaculate and filled all my requests. The facilities were good but I noticed that there was mold around the bathroom area. Other than that, had a wonderful time and most of the service was excellent. The food was varied and great but disappointed that the fish at the French restaurant was on the verge of spoiling. I did not eat at the Mexican restaurant but my friends said it was not good. We come from California where Mexican food is a staple.

I love the 25 min drive from the airport very nice facility upscale and the food was nice at breakfast at the World Cafe the pool party and DJ was the best atmosphere. Nice bars all around and diffdent scenery to take nice pictures. I would come back again to visit. Exceptional House Kepping services room both morning and night were outstanding for checking in with you.

The Spa prices a too high for a couple. The walk to the restaurants are a bit longer and farther of what expected them to be .

Bad experience of room service, had to wait extremely long for an order
