Do something with your communication with clients! Right after making booking I recieved message from you . Without "hello", without "appologize" just stating "there will be no bacon and no scrambled eggs at the breakfast". And some more paragraphs about what will be or not be. Firstly, you should say that before I make booking , secondly you can say something like "hi" when you start your message, at third you should say "sorry" if you are telling me this. This all was missing. That was very unfriendly. More funny was that scrambled eggs were there when we arrived, so you made me feel sad wrongly ! The hotel is perfect. Just the messages you send should be a bit more personal. Not like this. Thanks!

It was very child friendly and staff took care to organise our room so that the children would have somewhere to sleep safely. Staff were communicative and sent relevant information before we arrived. They hadn’t been informed of the children’s ages - which surprised me as I gave this info during booking but it hadn’t been passed onto them but they contacted to ask so that they could get the room ready. The breakfast was fantastic!

Everything was excellent.

Very clean, and as a disabled guest, we were given a room next to all the amenities, which was very much appreciated, thankyou. The breakfast was exceptional, as there were quite a few choices, and everything was fresh. The staff were very helpful, as my son had an accident taking the trays back, (all the pots fell off unfortunately) once he'd got over the embarrassment we sent him back to help the staff member clearing it away, but she declined. So on that point, we wish to thank her. "Thankyou!" We ordered room service, which was a local pizza service. It was quick, hot and very tasty, and good value...a good service!

We liked everything!

Near to port , excellent for visiting Vitoria Gasteiz. The receptionist was very helpful With the directions to park our campervan. There was free all day parking at the Stadium 8min drive away.

We thought the breakfast was very poor. Bread and rolls were very hard. The fruit juice was tasteless, I think it was made with Powder. It's a shame as other times we have it was ok.

Room and bathroom very clean and modern. Bedding was very good. Breakfast was included in the rate. Free parking and plenty of it. Very quiet. Ideal for our overnight stop en route to Bilbao.

Breakfast was quite poor really there was a reasonable choice but unfortunately although there were two toasters neither worked. When that was pointed out to the member of staff he just shrugged.

Have stayed at this hotel previously. it meets our needs for a one night stopover on route to ferry back to UK as fairly close to motorways. easy check in with helpful reception. the rooms are a reasonable size and have all you will need. Bed is comfortable with crisp sheets, there is a bath with over bath shower in a reasonable size bathroom. if you require dinner there is a restaurant opposite hotel which serves a range of meals at reasonable prices. the breakfast is good with a good selection which is replensihed.

we had a room with interconnecting door, locked so nobody could gain access, but we could hear voices from that room through the door.

Room spacious, clean and comfortable. Location easy to get to and parking is easy. There is a cafeteria/bar/restaurant across the road which was very convenient.

Breakfast. Cooked food like eggs and sausages were provided but they were not kept warm and so we ate them cold. Cooked food needs to be kept hot for food safety reasons????

Yet another stay here on the way to Portugal and good as ever. Great staff, clean and well equipped hotel and all at great value. parking on site is superb with a great Restaurant opposite. We'll continue to use this hotel a few times a year, highly recommended.

For those who are travelling long distance, and are looking for an easily accessed hotel, from the highway, for a night rest, Holiday Inn Express Vitoria offers an efficient simple, and comfortable stay, with a well-organized parking and an ample, agreeable restaurant and bar, with terrace, in front.

Good facilities in bathroom of wheelchair accessible room. TV now showing news in English and other languages.

Toilet continued to flush all night. Light bulb not working in bedside lamp. (Both reported in morning) Magnetic catch on entry door would be useful for wheelchair users to keep the door open on arrival as it is difficult to push against a strong door closer.
