Parking was close by and only €12 a night

Very noisy, the roads were cleaned very early in the morning. The room was too hot and we did ask if the heating could be turned down but it was on a regular heat within the building. The bathroom wasn’t particularly clean and we felt the room and bathroom could do with an update

Entering the property is by passport scan. If one of the other guests hadn’t help me it would have been difficult and in the dark virtually impossible. The concierge will come if you phone him which I am told he readily will do. 👍

Location, cleanliness, easy to access with self check-in.

There was too much personal data asked in the check-in machine, some of them not even marked as obligatory - I couldn’t check-in without providing my mother’s maiden name. Why would anyone need it?

Perfect location in the town, clean, tidy and a great price.

Nothing really, if I was picky, it was a little noisy at night but it’s right in the middle of town so only to be expected! If you’re a light sleeper then just pop in some ear plugs, it’s not really a problem.

Excellent location for public transport to explore nearby places, and quiet area not 5 minutes walk to centre for restaurants and bars, rooms were warm, shower excellent and piping hot water, beds very comfy, definitely recommend to family and friends and would certainly stay there again.

Location was good, hot running water, warm rooms. Perfect for the reason I was staying in Vitoria.

Other hotel guests did not respect the request for silence at late hours or early morning.

The room was clean and comfortable.

The room might be a bit small if you're staying for a longer time or spending a lot of time there but it was quite alright for me. You can hear the plumbing from the neighbouring rooms which might disturb light sleepers.

A lovely room with comfortable bed, perfectly situated with parking garage just a stones throw away. A lovely friendly helpful receptionist.

We found the check in machine a little complicated but the receptionist was at the property and able to help us. There was quite a bit of noise from people on the street but we still managed to get a good nights sleep.

It is a simple hotel, everything was as expected, the room was comfortable, bed very comfortable, bathroom fully functional. Location is also amazing, I parked the car and never used it, you can go everywhere by foot. Perfect for a simple, short stay.

The only thing I didn't like about the room was that you could hear everything from the rooms beside and above, even the talking. I am a light sleeper so I am a bit sensitive to noise but otherwise it was perfect. Breakfast was mediocre, tried once and did not repeat.
