The value for the money and the lobby and the staff was friendly

Service was a bit late because of the number of visitors anyhow this is a point the can work on and wont effect the visitor much

The hotel is fit for a Queen. The architecture of the hotel was of fine beauty and elegance. The astonishing welcoming from the staff right through the complex, was of the highest professional customers services, from all duty services roles. We would hire them all in seconds. We thank each person very much from the bottom of our hearts, for our 9 day home, to highly recommend to colleagues, friends and family to stay here if they shall visit and us on return. The kindness & peace to feel at home

Bathroom and bedroom were amazing. Breakfast had good selection of food. Valet parking was perfect

Check in time was far too long. There was just one person at the counter and it took over 45mins to check in

Property location was within walking distance from Stadium where Cold Play performed. Check in was quick despite fully occupied nature of the hotel due to the Cold Play event. Special thanks to reception staff Bipin and life guard at the pool (Prabath) who was courteous and friendly. Overall it was a good stay at the hotel.

Shattaf water pressure in WC was extremely high and was unconformable to handle because it was installed at the wrong side. There was no option to reduce water pressure. Due to fully booked nature of the hotel, hotel should have provided more staff to handle car parking and baggage handling. First impression of the hotel was not up to the mark because of that experience.

A hotel that definitely needs some improvements, but I have to admit that it has an unbeatable price/quality ratio. So we have to be realistic with what we get for what we pay, and from this point of view I was very satisfied. The staff is good but in some places overwhelmed by the situations, and you end up in the position where you effectively have no one to contact for minor problems. There is also a real problem with the towels in the room, which can be one or two, but can be solved with a small tip to the cleaning staff. So if you want 5-star service, go to Conrad or St Regis, but you will have to pay 3 times the money here. Only one thing bothered me, namely that I had to pay 150 dirhams per night for an extra bed, something unheard of anywhere in abu dhabi at a 5-star hotel (how is this hotel registered)

the evening at check-in is very crowded, the elevators did not work on the first day because it rained and the electrical installation was broken, very high prices for food and drink, limited breakfast as well as products, the air conditioning only works automatically, so it must be closed if you don't want to freeze at night, we have closed the entire room with fuses so that we actually defrost

The rooms did not have drinking water glasses When called house keeping were informed that Dh 10/- glass is required to pay. On the second day we left at 8 am and upon are return at 4 pm the rooms were not done No iron in the room but they sent fast The iron board hinge needs to be fixed as it was not standing and once I got hurt badly closing They should have floor mats outside the shower so water does not seep out To avoid slipping.

It's a beautiful building and the rooms are big with awesome bathrooms - the bath tub and shower are very spacious! Victor's pub has good pool tables and good food/drink offers at good prices. It's a very good value hotel, for the area. A fun place to stay for a couple of days without spending too much.

The pool area had some damage to it, which the staff were aware of, but didn't warn us about. As a result, I cut my leg on sharp, loose tile edging. That wasn't great and needs to be addressed. Also, the large bed was two small beds joined together, which left an uncomfortable gap down the middle. The Pool Brunch on Saturday was really loud and went on until 10pm. It would have been nice at check in to be informed of that and given the option of a room at the other side of the hotel. Oh! And they should tell people that the glass windows looking out to the pool are NOT one way! Hahaha. Some interesting sights to be seen from the water...

The amenities offered spa, Sauna,Pool and customer service are the best. Very friendly, will guide you and introduce you to use them on time of stay. That smile is priceless. Extra service such as salon as well, who managed to fix my hair on the day of my civil wedding. The Pool attendant Mr. PRABATH who assisted the guest well. To Mr. Ashraf managers in charge even gave us a complimentary after he found out we just got married and used the hotel as part of our New Life Journey as married couples. Now i know why all the people their are so accommodating because of a good leader like him to follow. Kudos to you, sir. 👏 keep it up.

When we checked in as i Booked for non smoking room. But we were given a smoking room which totally stinking when you enter the room. That you can't breathe due to the smell. So we went down and requested to change the room. But were informed, no available as all fully booked. But i asked why you didn't inform before we checked in? But he replied your not the one who will choose which room you will be placed. So i felt upset as 3 hours were driving to reach the hotel, and his approach was not okay. I remind him again that i mentioned that on my booking, and it was near the pool view, not road side view. Then he changed us, but theirs no remorse that he treated the guest that way. All the people when you enter the hotel are not trained in the proper customer service.

The room was quite big and had a lot of space. The beds were big and comfortable. They have a big swimming pool outside. That is a good place for a moment of rest. The bathroom is also also quite spacious and the shower has good water pressure. The localization is also quite central, and we liked that it was really close to the Mosque

There is a little bit of smoke Scent in the corridors and my husband felt humidity smell as well. I thought that the breakfast was OK, but could definitely have more quality items for a five star hotel.

Staff’s kindness, they kept our luggage before checking in and after checking out and it was fundamental for our scheduled program. Good and plentiful breakfast. Good position near the Grand Mosque and exactly between Corniche Beach and Yas Island’s theme parks and airport. Nice swimming pool. Big room and very big bathroom. Nice lobby. It was worth for what we paid.

The room was not as clean as we were expecting (always bad smell inside), always missing some towels in the bathroom, two single beds sticking to make one king bed. Street noisy and busy. Definitely I can’t consider it a five star hotel but it’s okay because we didn’t pay so much.
