The staff was nice friendly and went above and beyond to help the guest, very pleased with the cleanliness of the facility

I wasn't to pleased with the breakfast feel like they can do better I have never seen a hotel serve those tiny muffins and the very small yogurt cups I feel they need to do better they want customers to pay an unexpected 50 dollar deposit upon arrival that was not told

Comfortable and clean

My issue is with Booking.com. I changed dates of my booking 2 months prior to my trip. Booking.com did not notify the facility. I was charged for the original booking as a no show and had to procure another charge in order to have a place to stay. I was on the phone with Booking.com for 2 hours at least trying to get them to take care of their mistake. w was assured in the end that it would be taken care of and I would be compensated for the error resulting in the charge for the changed date. Booking.com has NOT taken care of the issue. I will never use Booking.com again and neither will anyone who listens to me.

The room was clean and freshly renovated. We loved the walk in shower. The beds and pillows were comfortable and smelled fresh and clean. We had plenty of towels and soap. Staff was friendly and nice. We enjoyed the breakfast.

The hallways haven't been renovated yet but everything was still very nice. No major complaints.

The hotel was clean, smelled nice and had very comfortable beds. The complimentary continental breakfast was good, and the staff was very helpful and friendly.

The location was convenient and near several restaurants, but looked a little run down. It could use some clean up since there was trash along the ditches and drives. A little outside clean up, would make it very nice.

Size of room, also the continental breakfast was nice. The woman who worked there made sure everything was stocked, also made sure she had coffee on and ready for us the day we left(which was early before it was even open) she was so friendly and kind.

Working outside right at the entrance which was where our room was #217.

Easy access to/ from the highway, Walmart was 3 min away, gas station next to hotel, a few restaurants to choose from, shopping area 5 min from hotel.

My room could use a little tlc-headboard was stained, the decor chair had stains on the seat area, the wall paper in the bathroom is bubbling in corner, no information on nearby restaurants nor attractions but other than a comfortable room.

Breakfast, coffee 24 hrs, cleanness, Staff is very friendly, the ladies at the recepction, housekeeping and lady at breakfast are very helpful. Second time stay ar this hotel.

The room they gave to us smelled smoke cigarettes but they switch to another one bigger for the same price

I like to start these reviews by stating that I’m a former state health inspector. Location: it is located right off interstate 20/59. It also had free continental breakfast and WiFi. The staff was nice and cordial.

The pullout couch was not clean. Had several stains. The breakfast was just ok.

Big breakfast with eggs and sausage, waffle maker. Didn't leave hungry. Good value for such a clean modern room.

wifi was confusing and would not connect- I ended up using the wifi from Quality Inn nearby.

The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable.

The water in the indoor pool was extremely cold and staff refused to temperature the water so the guess would be able to enjoy the pool.
