We loved the atmosphere of the resort. Our room had a balcony facing the Gulf, the bar/restaurant met our expectations ( very good entertainment), and the staff was outstanding. The main pool facility was excellent . The staff was professional and very nice. Special shoutout to Yaya, Ian at the Front desk and Jerry, Beau at Jimmy B's. They made us feel welcomed and provided excellent service. Short distance to the beach was good and unlike someplaces you don't have to pay "extra" for beach chairs, umbrellas/canbanas....its included in the resort fee.

The parking lot is a little challenging.

Beach was great. The included chairs and umbrella were a great touch. Staff was super friendly and helpful. The location to restuarants and other activities was good. Room was plenty big enough for my group.

Johnny B's bar is a little run down and dirty. Rooms could be cleaner. Air conditioner made my throat scratchy. Overall the place is dated and needs some "freshening" up in many areas. Not exactly a family friendly place as many young couples come to the bar area to "party".

Pools, landscaping, patio, beach and location are excellent.

Room was really outdated. Dirty couch and bathroom. Air conditioning had a musty smell when on.

The location was fantastic. The front desk staff went above and beyond the norm. The bartender at the bar was very friendly and he made a great rum punch. The young blonde man at the beach was helpful especially since it is difficult for me to walk on the sand.

As all beach hotels there is wear and tear on the property but the rooms are clean and comfortable. The location is excellent and the courtyard is beautiful. The bar has reasonable priced drinks with live music everyday. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back.

Great location. Loved the cabanas

Extended my stay from 6 to 12 days and they didn't even change the sheets after being there for the 6 days when extended.

Right on the beach! Also good pool. Music in the outdoor restaurant was a bit loud, but pretty good, and at least it stopped by midnight! The center courtyard also was very nice: hammocks, many sitting places for people to hang out, and for our larger group, to gather and hang out. Also liked that we were able to have beach lounge chairs with umbrellas with our room reservation!

The restaurant/bar was on the way to the beach, and after a certain time, kids under age couldn't walk thru it to get to the beach. Music was also a bit too loud (hey, we're not deaf, and don't want to go deaf, either!!) Also, not many breakfast options since the hotel doesn't have a morning restaurant.

Location, great beach access, cleanliness , updated decor.

Parking was terrible. Queen room needed a real chair, rooms need a microwave. Blinds were nice but they could be better if there were two on the main window. There is no in-between, they are either open or closed

The room was great, as were the beach services and the bar. We had an issue with the safe that was efficiently resolved by the staff, and the girl at the desk was very helpful when I accidentally locked myself out.

There was no room service during our 4 day stay.

The beach was great with enough seating; the entertainment was great every night, the pool had ample seats to support those who wanted to hang out there. Front desk - Derek - was really friendly and helpful when we arrived. All staff of the resort were very friendly and helpful. Bartenders were friendly and worked hard to keep up with the crowd - we never had to wait too long for a drink. Lots of good options nearby for breakfast, lunch, dinner and drinks!

Wished that the folding lounger chairs were available longer so we could enjoy the beach more. And would be nice to have breakfast available and a microwave within the room.
