I brought my son to see the Chargers play.It was a great time.I love the location and cleanliness.My favorite thing was the customer service.The young lady at the front desk was awesome.We ate at the bar for dinner.The food was good and the service was amazing.Looking forward to my next stay.

I will not complain.All was well.I will say I wish my bed was a king.I had a suite.It was very nice, though.

Location was great room was comfortable.

We were not informed that there would be construction happening and that breakfast would be a grab and go. Maybe guests could have been given vouchers to have breaksfast off property or be refunded the breakfast portion of the booking and have the choice to go out for breakfast.

Continental Breakfast was very good with enough selection of basic items. Kitchen in room had all equipment needed to make meals and dishwasher was a bonus. Two-bedroom Suite was spcaious.

Maid service didn't come during our 4 days at the hotel. One TV didn't work in bedroom. Billing process was confusing as it changed me midway through stay because it was over the weekend.

The rooms were spacious, kitchen facility in the suite was good. Beds were very comfy with a choice of pillows. The lobby area smelled very welcoming and the staff very lovely. Parking was easy but one has to reserve. Breakfast came with a variety of options and was good. The proximity to the stadium makes it perfect to watch a baseball game.

Nothing - it was all very good.

The staff was amazing and helpful. The room was very nice and clean I loved the tub and the view of the city it was very relaxing and a lot of open space. I really enjoyed my stay.

Having to get verified before leaving it could be to much for anyone staying longer than the weekend

Breakfast ended 9.30 sharp although there were big long lines for a very long time and not enough seating. (After GameDay and 4th of July, maybe good idea to extend breakfast another half hour)

Convenience of being 4 blocks and a straight shot down the road from the convention center. Hotel and room was very clean overall.

TV in our room didn't work, wasn't a huge setback but would have been nice to relax to at night. Also got woken up at 7:30am to loud music and a person talking on a mic, from the park across the street. Turns out there was an 8am 5k right in front of the hotel. Not the hotels fault, but would have been nice of a heads up it was going to be happneing at checkin.

The sofa had stains, the sofa throw pillows looked liked they needed to be dry cleaned(very linty) so i sprayed with Lysol. The patio door lock was broken and the tub was slightly soiled so I asked housekeeper for bleach so that I could be sure that I wasn't bathing in a Soiled tub. On our second nights stay we went out for the night and came back to our room key not working, so we made trip from 7th floor back down to lobby to get this corrected. We stayed in an Executive Suite , so for the price I expected the suite to be a bit more luxurious than it was.Had it not been for those few issues I would have rated my stay Very Excellent!!
