Loved everything about our stay. I actually was booked at another hotel in the area but was very disappointed. Luckily, I was able to book this hotel on a whim, and I got the room I asked for, handicap accessible, and at a cheaper price! Best night's sleep ever. We took advantage of the free breakfast and workout room. The staff were more than pleasant. One member came running over to my car before we were leaving and shook my husband's hand and told us to have a safe trip home.

We were pleased with everything.

Quiet and clean and nice helpful staff. Indoor pool. Safe area. I like the fact that during certain times you can only get in if you have a room key. We felt safe and secure. Breakfast available.

No microwave in the room. That was the first time I stayed in a hotel with a fridge but no microwave. Usually there’s always a microwave or both. We had to go downstairs to the lobby to use the microwave. Wish rooms were bigger. Family of 4, didn’t have a lot of space.

Location is very convenient. Close to Route 95. Around the area a lot of restaurants, coffee shops, gas stations and mall. Hotel is brand new and clean. Breakfast was very good with good selection of fruits, drinks, pastries. But the best of all is a breakfast attendant. What a wonderful man. Not too often in our days you can find yourself in the hotels were staff make you fill like You is a part of the family.

Rooms are very small and do not have a wardrobe or closet to putt your belongings and they do not have a safety box.

Clean, quiet, and accommodating when we asked for certain amenities. The breakfast was nice two.

The fact that I paid at least $50 more on this site than other booking companies. Because TruH promotes families and a more affordable rate, between $94 and $125. Needless to say, I was disappointed in the capitalism going on here. I will think twice about using Booking.com next time I travel, and I have at least 4 trips planned this year.

I liked that the property was new, and the view of the trees out the window, beautiful. The breakfast was pretty good. I loved the streaming TV. I enjoyed the soap and shampoo dispensers in the bathroom. The bathroom was also well equipped with towels and wash cloths.

I did not care for how “funky-modern” the property is. The interior bathroom doorknob kept coming off. Could hear the little kid on the floor above us running all over the place at 2am!

Loved the room! Like the flooring,no carpet! The shampoo,soap and lotions were nice! Liked the oatmeal! Staff friendly! Loved the pool once the kids that were diving in left!(against the rules)

The breakfast could be improved.The eggs watery. Prefer waffles to pancakes, more tasty. Coffee not good. Need a Keurig in lobby,much better coffee. Asked for quiet room and was placed in room with a large AC outside on the roof that I heard all night.

Nice staff. Nice new property.

Need to replace the built-in soap dispensers. They all are difficult to squeeze and when successfully squeezing, too much product dispenses. Separately, the manager of the breakfast area is nice, but talks a lot to everyone and has a booming (and upbeat). I'd prefer a pleasant, quiet "good morning, how are you?". Any conversation would be better at a murmur level. Thank you for listening.

everything was lovely! no complaints at all. they even call instead of knocking on the door to see if you need extra time for checking out. love that the most knocking is so annoying so thank you very much for having that courtesy!

staff is amazing! very friendly and helpful. they young guy that work at nights is amazing, great personality, and very helpful. not to mention he has a beautiful smile to greet you with. thank you for making my stay comfortable.

The breakfast was okay. The location was perfect. The beds were comfortable. Liked that there was no carpet on the floors. Loved the shades.

Shower leaked water onto the floor. Soap and shampoo were not easy to get out of containers. Wifi did not work with info given to me by the front desk. Was unable to reach front desk via telephone in the room.

The location was great. Next to the outdoor mall & plenty of resturants close by. Clean facility & great customer service.

I am on a strict diet and I would of perferred a microwave in my room instead of having to walk down to the lobby everytime i needed to use it.
