All staff we interacted with were outstanding. Front desk personnel were very friendly and helpful in answering our questions and asked if we needed to make reservations for the airport shuttle. Check in and check out was quick and easy. Shuttle driver Monica was fantastic, very efficient, and kind. The hot breakfast buffet started at 6:00 AM which was great since we had an early flight out of Seattle. If needed, there were washer and dryers available for use. Also a very nice game room/family lounge area that included a ping pong table, shuffle board and Foosball game next to the indoor pool area and hot tub. Airport noise was minimal. Hotel was clean, older decor and furnishings. Excellent location and value.

breakfast was good , could do with more variety . room was clean but carpet could do with a deep cleaning, beds where very comfortable and clean , airport shuttle was great, especially Driver JON him was so very friendly and helpful, staff was good .

there where to many homeless people around the property , there need to be security guards , so the street people , cannot come into the hotel

I like the free breakfast it provided. I also like the free hot water and microwave oven to use for preparing dinner. Generally, I can use all things in the dinning area freely. Hotel staff are very helpful and nice. They cared about me and my experience in their hotel. They answered my questions immediately. I appreciate.

I don't like the window curtain, the one close to window glass. It is blackout but there is a big gap between two piece when they are pulled them together. So, the light from the outside shined into the room strongly and made the room so bright, and on the other hand, it made the room much less privacy. I hope the hotel can resolve this issue. Fortunately, I brought a clip, which closed the gap and resolved these issues.

Great customer services. I booked a standard room but when the staff at the counter noticed that I use a wheelchair, he immediately offered me an accessible room. When I tried to get breakfast by myself, this sweet lady helped me to pick up and bring them to the table. People are so nice here. They helped me well.

So, the property is not nice for disabled people. The check in counter is too tall for wheelchair, it is hard to talk to someone. Also, those accessible rooms are too far away from the counter and entrance. if you use manual chairs, it would be sweat. Accessible parkings are limited. I guess they only have 4. When you use the rooms, parking lot is too far and hard to access, so you need pack all of your stuff and carry them at once. You don't wanna come and go several times at this property. If you have very difficult time to do so, it's not the best option.

The room and bathroom were quite clean. I was really impressed with the whole place. For the price, I expected it to be a dump. It was far from that. The staff were exceptional, friendly, helpful, could not ask for more. The carpets were looking pretty old and not something I would probably want my child crawling around on, but I imagine that would be a big ordeal to replace. Noise is a problem from the planes, this is NOT a place that has sound proof rooms. Bring ear plugs if airplanes flying over bother you, it didn't bother me.

Breakfast was okay. Nothing special. The sausage I would stay away from. The grease on it was just oozing, gross really. They had lots of selections to choose from so everybody should be able to find something they could eat. I should have gone with the bagels and cream cheese because the sausage made a huge exit from me within minutes!

Staff were excellent. Helpful and engaged. Shuttle service and communication was also very good. After 25 hours of travel, getting to your hotel quickly was a top priority, especially late at night.

My room did not have any blackout curtains and looked out on the mechanics of the hotel infrastructure as well as a long hallway with lights on all night. There were only sheer curtains. I felt a bit exposed, as if people could look into the room with lights on AND it was too light in the room all night. Fortunately I had an eye mask. Also, the heating system was very noisy and woke me up when it came on during the night.

The hotel was located near the airport. They offer free shuttle service. You can just give them a call when you arrive, and you can schedule a shuttle back to the airport. The hotel room was clean and spacious. They have elevator access. The breakfast was great and started at 3 a.m., which is perfect if you have an early flight to catch. The hotel has other great amenities. It was a great place to stay for a long layover. I felt very safe and comfortable.

the front desk person was nice but did not speak clearly. There were times when she spoke so fast and was eating up her words.

The breakfast is excellent with so much variety. My grandchildren enjoyed the pool and game area. The shuttle service is the best we have experienced. The drivers are very friendly and so timely. The bathroom is large and is very well lighted. The location is close to shopping and food. For the price I was pleasantly surprised with the hotel.

We were cautioned that the room cards don’t work well. We had to redo cards three times and two of those times only one card worked. One of the staff said we shouldn’t keep cards next to other cards but we had kept them away from our cards. We were told the card readers should be replaced this year. This was rather frustrating but not critical.

The room was very spacious, well lit, very clean, had a fridge and patio door. The complimentary breakfast had so many options, healthy ones, and started very early. The installation had a gym, a pool and spa which added to the comfort. They also provide a shuttle service to the airport every 30 mins. The staff was also amazing, available and very helpful, the explained to me how to get downtown with public transit, which i thought was very kind.

The only downside was the broken ice machine on my floor, nothing major, i had to go up a floor to get some ice.

The staff was excellent. They were welcoming, proactive, and helpful. My flight was delayed by a day, and so I could stay at the property for only one day. The property managed at that instance promptly updated my booking to just one day and initiated the reimbursement of the amount. The staff in the morning of April 20 was very good. I was checking out, was super exhausted due to my late night arrival (a long and awful transatlantic flight). The staff played a small prank, and made me laugh, a great thing to start the day with. Lovely experience. The shuttle service to and from the airport is very useful. I arrived around 01:00 AM at the airport, and the shuttle was there in a few minutes. The return to the airport was also immediately arranged by the staff. The room was clean, cosy and comfortable. If you are looking to go the city, take the light rail at Angel Lake station, which is just a 10-min walk from the hotel. The breakfast was just OK. I am accustomed to European breakfasts, so from that perspective, it can be definitely better.
