Staff very welcoming. In the breakfast room the waitresses were so polite and helpful with a kids breakfast too. Also the swimming pool staff was helpful.

Our room was lacking complimentary slippers bathrobe. Had neck pain because the pillows was way to soft ended up sleeping on my arm. Either than got what we paid for. There was a group people coming into the hotel stealing in the shop and staff was too busy on the computer that they didn’t notice. My kids wanted a drink and it was a bit pricey, but you’ve got other people coming in taking everything off the shelf.

I recently had the pleasure of staying with my nieces at this hotel, and I must say, it exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. However, what truly made our visit unforgettable was the thoughtful touch from Dorina, one of the housekeeping staff. When we entered our room on the first night, we were delighted to find a pair of beautifully crafted swans made from towels on our bed. The swans were expertly folded with remarkable attention to detail. My nieces were absolutely thrilled by the sight, and it became a cherished memory of our first night in London. The room itself was clean, spacious, and well-equipped. Well done to the whole team.

I booked via booking.com and specifically booked this hotel in dartford to use the swimming pool and spa facilities only to arrive an be told it wasn’t In use annoyingly stayed at the hotel across the road witch was a load cheaper an just as clean an nice but paid the extra for the facilities an again wasn’t available witch wasn’t advised by booking.com and ever further received a message from booking.com to confirm pool an spa opening times

The bed was comfortable, room was spotless and the location was perfect. More importantly, we had the pleasure of being served by Ellie during our visit. From the moment we sat down, Ellie was attentive, professional, and genuinely friendly. She anticipated every need with a warm demeanour. Her professionalism shone through in every interaction, and her attention to detail ensured that everything was perfect. Ellie embodies the qualities of an excellent host, and her outstanding service added a personal touch to our visit. It's rare to come across someone who strikes the perfect balance of efficiency and kindness. I hope the hotel recognizes what a gem they have in Ellie—she truly elevates the guest experience. Our neighbour next door had their TV on so loud it kept their baby up screaming from 2030 to 0230. No fault of the hotel, just guests that don't understand the effect they have on others. Again, no fault of the hotel.

Briiliant breakfast and coffee. So much choice. Great spa, small but well equpped and not too busy. A lovely spacious room. Comfortable, warm bed and enough pillows. No booking required which was convenient. Lovely massage (booking required). Clean facilities. Helpful, happy and friendly staff. The area was surrounded by major roads but well hidden by clever bushes, double glazing and curtains. Dinner was well presented and tasty. Good portion sizes. Close to Bluewater and easy transport links.

Our room was not cleaned or items replaced at all while we were there. I had to ask for toilet paper! The dinner menu was not varied enough more choice please! No dessert options. Very expensive snack shop.

Staff are generally polite. Ambience is great. And the indoor pool was nice and warm. Also we took a walk around the park. It is lovely and quiet,a lake and ducks just in the midfle of the busy city

Initially we were given a room with no view but after complaining it was changed. It also looks like there are no baths, just walk in showers. First time experiencing a hotel room with no bath tub. Also they don't hv great selection of children channels., don't know if TV reception in Dartford is poor but we had just 2 kids channels working.

Reception area is modern and spacious. Our bedroom & bathroom was spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Maid service was consistent providing we had vacated the room. Lakeview 360 was just a short walk from the hotel, a lovely lake and walking path. The Lakeview 360 cafe was great value for money and the staff are equally friendly - especially Suzy.

Mattress was a little uncomfortable as I could feel the springs but I asked for a mattress topper and this helped a lot!

Dinner service especially our hostess Ellie who was just fantastic

called and emailed for early check-in but were kept waiting for 1.5hrs in the lobby with 5 children when we could have been informed in advance and gone elsewhere. Front desk staff not helpful at all. No bottled water in the room only hot drink supplies. Pool had lots of kids enjoying themselves yet interrupted by few people swimming laps in between so kids had to keep moving out of their way. Perhaps they need to add lanes for those wishing to practice their Olympic skills on a Sunday afternoon...

I arrived to later around 3 am the first lady staff give me the best reception in my life ( I don't know her name ) she is so amazing human , professional , polite , she couldn't do my checkin because was not in time ( unfortunately I back downstairs on the reception and a young RUDE British women , make my checkin ) . Anyway I m pround to say that for the first amazing staff that receive me to later incredible person I ve been recommended 3 times on my instagram story to my 85 thousand followers ( u can double check @ukwalkerk) that I had a good stay in double hilton Dartford, many of my followers have been after my stay in double hilton Dartford , Is my simple way to say thank you very much to the first staff that I had a pleasure to meet !!!

The young British staff , is so rude have no respect for me.

The staff from the breakfast crew were just awesome the 4 ladies mostly the polish lady what a darling she was.the breakfast in general was very nice and the chef and staff will make it a great experience .. . the manager (indian guy) for the restaurant will really make you feel welcome at least.. .. the manager was very nice and engaging.

was.althought the food options were poor for nun porc eater. but dinner is way too poor half board or full board still get this little menu that is worst than the main menu.. the manager (indian guy) will really make you feel welcome at least.. maybe not some of the young females staff who did look as if they were a bit tired.But please fix the menu for nun porc eaters the chicken option was so dry . Please use beef lamb turkey duck goose whatever but have more options for full and half board customers who pay more for that .
