Location: When you look it up on the map the location may seem a little distant from the center. But the connection is superb. 5C bus line connects Norrebro district with the center effectively. 5C also reaches the airport, so one bus line is sufficient for everything. It is quite frequent. Room: It ıs not big but still above the Copenhagen average. There is a sufficiently equipped kitchenette. Beds are clean and comfortable. Sound insulation is quite good. Service: It is a digital hotel. You check-in and out without human intervention. Not too difficult, but make sure that you check your e-mail and click the provided link to make the payment; otherwise you cannot check-in.

On the departure day the wifi provided no connection to the internet. I had to buy a data service pack from my provider just for checking out. Else, nothing negative.

Fortunately, Thomas met me when I arrived without having properly checked in online due to phone challenges. He was able to scan my passport and speak with NUMO CORPORATE. I don’t know what I would have done without him since the only

Loved every second! Perhaps they could include a WhatsApp connection when checking in as it was the only way I could have done so.

A wonderful place. The apartment offers all the amenities and comfort away from home. A beautiful terrace. Nearby there are shops, supermarket, restaurants. Well located to go around. We had a nice stay in this apartment. Recommended.

The check in process is the worst part. They confused us sending some messages through whapsapp to not open any message with a link and when we arrive to the property we couldn't enter because we didn't got the code for the front door. After a long wait some other guest came and told us we needed to call to a number and they gave it to us kindly. We called and waited and waited on line using roaming until some lady answer the phone to tell us we needed to click the link and pay before hand to get the code and to enter the building ... it was really disappointing to get that experience. So we hope it gets better for the next guests!

Clean and modern apartments, easy check-in/out process. Everything accessible by code so no need to carry a key. Handy to have essentials cupboard, laundry and lockers. Good location close to metro and rail station for access to other parts of the city.

Construction around, but there is notice of this before booking. Kitchen facilities lacking in a microwave for reheating food or making quick meals. TV streaming option doesn't work too well. There was a leak in my ceiling which I noticed on the final day when I nearly slipped... Communication could be better, when I tried to report the leak, I was just redirected to a WhatsApp bot that didn't understand the message.

Great apartment, really comfortable beds and lovely shower with ren products. Check in was so easy especially as we arrived really late at night. Location was good, 5 mins walk from the subway station. Nothing to fault.

Only 1 thing which is why we scored it 9/10 and kind of out of numa’s control - there was building works going on in the area and was hot while we were visiting so we had the balcony door open but the building works were quite loud and woke us up very early. Only mentioning it in our review as would probably reconsider staying again if the building works were still ongoing.

New building, modern, roof terrace, comfortable bed. Location handy for Nørrebro station and supermarkets.

Construction noise that had been highlighted beforehand as starting from 9am on weekdays actually began at 6.30-7am every morning of the week-long stay, including Saturday, making it impossible to sleep without earplugs (which were not provided). Lack of air conditioning and inability to open upper windows meant it was necessary to have balcony doors open for ventilation, increasing noise. Kitchenette lacked some basic things like a corkscrew and microwave.

Use of passcodes to access building was brilliant as was NUMA message updates (reminders and reminders of 24 hour help if needed). The apartment was close to the metro giving easy access to city centre and the airport . There are several supermarkets nearby.

A couple of easy chairs would improve comfort. We chose to make many of our own meals. Cooking facilities were good, but a few more utensils (slotted spoon for example) would be useful.

The property is new, clean and offers everything you need, including kitchen with stove and oven and a spacious bathroom. We traveled with our 1 year old and the baby bed was also provided. We booked studio with a terrace and the room is spacious, comfortable and has high ceilings. The check-in/check-out process is very simple with a pin code.

There is a construction site next door and they start construction works at 6:30-7:00 am. This didn’t bother us much though, since when the windows are closed the noise is not that disturbing. On the last evening the fire alarm went on in the entre building and we were told to stay outside until further notice, while they are checking for the reason. We are still waiting for the notice :D But of course, we returned to the room after a while, when the alarm was switched off.

Such a beautiful, modern, clean and convenient property with everything you could need in it. The kitchenware was perfect for what we needed (including dishwasher and washing up essentials), the bathroom had big bottles of shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion. Underfloor heating in the bathroom was a massive pro too!! My friend and I loved our stay here and will be looking out for other Numa branded hotel apartments in the future!

A manual lock on the front door for extra security and peace of mind would be nice but still a very secure place :)

There is a small personal terraece for our room (401) was cool to hang out in the evening/night for a relaxing chat 5. The hosts were very responsive and responsible. They mentioned upfront about construction noise both via message and with a plaque in the entrance of the building. It is beyond the management's control but and they did not hide it. I appreciate them for their honesty. We requested an extended checkout and they confirmed it within a reasonable amount of time. Thank you for that :)
