Perfect amount of old charm and modern. The staff was prompt, welcoming and accommodating. This place was the perfect deal, and I would even go as far as saying a steal, since breakfast was included. Breakfast was delicious. The views from the rooftop were beautiful, day AND night. The air conditioning in the room made you forget you were in the thick of a carribean summer. The bed was comfortable and the room was very spacious. We will definitely be back.

The price is unbeatable in the neighbourhood and the hotel is really central in the zona colonial, in a quieter part of the street. The hotel is modern in the sense it's renovated but retains authentic charm. People at reception were super nice and efficient for my late check-in. The bed was very comfy and the room was much bigger than the ones I have stayed in in similar hotels in this location. No humidity and good decor!

There were no windows and the bathroom was a bit small. I was a bit bothered by the automatic (loud) fan that turns on when you light up the bathroom and no outlet in the room was working! The breakfast was very disappointing, particularly given everything else was so much better than expected!

Alfredo, Herby, and Adrian were all amazing, the staff that were there to help with all your needs. They were very friendly, engagingband insightful with suggestions. 👏 The environment was clean & professional. The food was delicious and the room comfortable.

They do not have a pool or spa. They have the rooftop space to place an ideal pool & spa up there with views.

The interior design was gorgeous! The reception staff & housekeeping were so kind.

The waiter at Brekky asked for my number & told me he was in love with me and wanted to meet up with me. Very unprofessional and uncomfortable. I didn’t end up attending breakfast because he was there serving.

I loved the place from the very first minute, all common areas smelled like mint, lovely! The room was very spacious, clean and the bed was super comfortable. I was not sure how to use the shower, I got either burning hot water or ice cold so I just had to shower super quick. The wifi reception is awesome, I worked and used social media without issues. They have a really nice rooftop!

When I first arrived the guy at the front desk was kind of rude, I guess he was just tired because the next day he even smiled and greeted me when I left but as I didn't feel welcomed as a first-time comer to DR.

loved the bright modern room I was assigned this time, so comfortable, clean and modern loved loved the sky bar rooftop with a lovely staff like Rosa Valdez, Yennifer, Richard, Franklin y Luis. they are all awesome and the staff at the buffet breakfast in the morning as well.

well located in zona colonial, with friendly and diligent staff, good maintenance and a great dominican style buffet. Overall, great start point for your trip in santo domingo.

to put something bad, they did try to overcharge for a water bottle (which is optional but still feelslioe a misservice, out of line with the overall quality of the service)

Secure on-site parking a necessity and available. Nice location on edge of downtown tourist/entertainment area within walking distance and tourist police present. Facilities modern and clean. Excellent breakfast though requires a bit of patience. Mostly helpful and friendly staff.

the service at the Loby employe was very nice, location is great we have everything arround us, not really fan of dominican food but it was great we had some eggs and bacon

i think the day and night shift employees need more communication it wasnt nice to ask me my id after showing you my room key

awesome antique hotel near everything, specially across from Bonye which I loved. great rooftop terrace and awesome breakfast, amazing staff from the front desk to the restaurant to the rooftop bar. the bartenders and waiters were just great.
