Elevator was a bit shaky and felt insecure. Also, rooms did not have ventilation and were utterly warm. For a place like Quito we thought it was going to be good (upon arrival), but then we felt it was too warm and without ventilation. The heather/fan provided was helpful on this as it allowed us to ventilate the room with a nice cool breeze while sleeping.

This is one of the best hotels in Quito. It has very clean rooms and friendly staff. I have been to other hotels in Ecuador but I give this Wyndham the highest rating: excellent.

Everything was perfect; therefore I would not change anything about the hotel. It is a little strange whenever I paid with $100 dollar bills it caused staffers to prepare documentation. That is odd because it does not happen in USA.

We arrived late from the airport and were greeted by a couple of lovely ladies who spoke English and assisted with giving the local tea to my husband who was experiencing altitude sickness. The bed was super comfortable and the breakfast that was included was superb with plenty of food to choose from. Highly recommend this hotel.

We liked everything about this hotel: our spacious and comfortable room with the view of Cotopaxi, the cleanliness, the location, breakfasts, but first of all - the helpful and professional staff. We appreciated a lot the baby crib for our daughter.

After a trip in Ecuador with very loud and run down hotels, we ended our trip by treating ourselves to this slightly more expensive hotel and it was so worth it, especially as we were both sick. The room was very clean and free parking!! Big TV and comfortable bed. Very clean. The best part was the breakfast (US$12 each) as it had many delicious options buffet style.

It was not soundproof so there was a lot of noise from the hallway and street. Good value but i month go with a hotel closer to the historic center next time.

The staff are friendly, there's a secure garage for free parking, the beds are comfortable, the showers have good water pressure and hot water, and the hotel was quiet. I'd definitely stay here again. It's across the street from Parque Carolina, so the location is great, but keep in mind that it's not right in the heart of where all the restaurants, coffee shops, and bars are. That's on the other side of the park (east side). However it's a $2 taxi ride away or a 13 minute walk across the park.

I thought it included free breakfast. When I clicked the filters on Booking's app, I selected "Free Breakfast", "2 guests", and "Queen bed", but it turns out that Booking's app also shows you "Closely Related" rooms, so the one we selected didn't include free breakfast. I discovered this when I happened to ask what time was breakfast in the morning, and the gentleman said that our room didn't include it. That's when we figured out what went wrong. I asked if they could make an exception for us and offer breakfast and he said he would check but never got back to me. Not a big deal, but just be mindful when comparing Apples to Apples with other hotels. More of a Booking app issue than Wyndham though.

The room was spacious and very clean. There was a wide variety for breakfast. We also ate in the restaurant two nights and found the menu very varied and the prices were reasonable.

The facilities were so good!

I ordered a dinner from the restaurant’s menu, then I called to the restaurant’s phone, they picked the phone up and said “here’s the restaurant… may we help you?” So, I ordered items from the menu of the restaurant but (here was the trouble) when they brought my order to my room they introduced themselves as “room service” so because of that the price of my bill was severely increased! Neither I wasn’t agreed with room service, nor I talked with anybody of room service staff! I’m very upset and dissatisfied because that! That was a quite mess for me!
