My stay here was driven primarily due to the low cost and location close to the airport. I was pleasantly surprised by how nice the room was given the cost. The bed was very comfortable and the room was a good size for a single traveler. I've stayed in other places in Ecuador and this location was honestly better than I had expected for the price paid. They had good Internet service for what I needed (I wasn't streaming so I can't rate how that would work but for basic email and web searches, it was great). This was just an overnight stay so I can't rate any of the tours or other offerings of this hotel but for what it was, it was great.

My only less-than-stellar impression was that when I arrived around 1:30pm, the room was not ready even though they had replied on Booking.com that my arrival time, which I had requested between 1 and 2, would not be an issue. I left and took care of a few other things before coming back so it wasn't a big deal - just not ideal. Otherwise, I can't think of anything else negative given the price point and my expectations.

11 out of 10! This hotel is a perfect blend of convenience and charm. Nestled in a sprawling natural area filled with alpacas, ponies, dogs, cats, rabbits, and turkeys, it feels like a peaceful sanctuary just minutes from the airport. The breakfast is exceptional, offering fresh and delicious options to start your day right. With a gym, a pool, and a tennis court, there’s something for everyone, whether you’re here to relax or stay active. The staff are incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring a truly unforgettable stay. Highly recommended!

Everything, for the second time in 2 months. THe fod was good, especially considering the hotel does not have a dedicated restaurant. I loved the "country" feel. There were alpacas, flowers, a very nice swimming pool, alpacas, ducks, flowering plants and much more. The hotel staff even arranged for a very reasonably priced taxi drop-off at the airport at 3:45 am.

Can't think of anything. Really. No ... seriously. Just typing more words to satisfy this review form. Everything was great, and I always prefer to support a small business over the corporate hotel chains that cost up to 4x as much.

The property was situated super close to the Quito Airport, which is exactly what I wanted. I loved that there was ample room to roam on the luscious grounds to stretch my legs and enjoy views of the pond and ducks, beautiful flowers, and being mesmerized by the numerous intriguing alpacas as well as the rabbit, and other small animals on the premise. Obviously, most people are in and out after one night, yet I was looking for lodging to relax for several days before I headed to the Galapagos Islands and the Quito Airport Suites was the perfect choice for me. Complimentary breakfast included many offerings including fresh juices and a cook to prepare eggs “my way” daily, despite being the Easter holiday weekend. They also offer a limited, yet delicious and reasonably priced menu on site. One could place an order in advance to have a meal ready at a particular time. Plus, there was use of a fully functioning, indoor pool to swim laps that was open daily. It is my experience that hotels often boast a swimming pool, yet often it is closed; that was not the case at Quito Airport Suites. I loved my first floor room that was bright, modern, spacious, and quiet. There were many places on the grounds to linger and relax and enjoy the scenery. Separately, there is a 24/7 pharmacy at the Quito Airport, if needed. Everyone was warm and welcoming, particularly Domenick, the manager, who is a native English speaker and fluent in Spanish as well. He was over the top accommodating in innumerable ways. First, use them for airport service as he recommends, it’s half the cost of a regular taxi. I inquired about the possibility of a last minute day excursion to Otavalo through Domenick who insisted on initiating contact with the agency for me to ensure a seamless process. It is only 5-10 mintues from the airport. I have asked an extra airport pickup service from the hotel. The hotel property is large and beatiful. The have dinning room that I ordered dinner there. The hotel staffs are helpful and friendly.

When I arrived around 5:30 pm, there was no power at the location. The generator turned on around 7 pm, but it was making a very loud noise. The generator was then turned off a few hours later. I had ordered a taxi pickup for 6:30 am the next day to the airport. The breakfast was supposed to be packed and ready for me when I check-out, but when I went to the reception 6:30 - 6:40am, there was no one there and no breakfast box prepared.

Our trip was exceptional. I ended up having back surgery 2 weeks before we were to go to Quito. Dom was awesome in that he was able to change our dates.( which is not usually allowed) . We arrived in Tababela a full day early so stayed at a different hotel. The next morning we brought all the suitcases to Quito Airport Suites and they stored them until we rerurned. We did a day trip to Otavela. We had a full day before our plane was leaving and he suggested either the zoo or the hotsprings. We went to the zoo and had a wonderful day. A very accommodating and comfortable hostel. I've stayed here several times and this is my go to place

Very good value for the price. Rooms are clean and adequate, and the grounds feel peaceful and private even though you're very close to the airport. The staff provides prompt taxi service and you can get inexpensive cooked meals on site and the wifi works well. The ponds are nice to walk around and you can hang out with animals. For the price, it works for long layovers as well as overnight stays.

It might be a little tricky for other drivers to find the place, and it can be difficult to communicate with most of the staff if your Spanish isn't very strong.

We arrived late and stayed for just one night, but the staff were very welcoming and despite the chef being away, happy to sort out dinner for us, and brought it to our room. The room was quiet, comfortable and a good size. We had a pickup from the airport which was there when we arrived, cheap and very easy to navigate. Very good value for money.

As per other reviews, it isn't easy to find on Google Maps just by name, but we sent a screenshot of the location to our driver for the following morning, and they were able to find it with no issues.

This was a terrific "airport" hotel. It was a 10 minute hop, door to door, from the airport but was quiet during the night. No frills in the room but a hardy breakfast is included. at $20.00 per person, our family of four got a good night's sleep, easy airport access, and a good breakfast. Can't beat it.

If you are looking for luxury or pool time, this isn't it. But it meets the need of an early flight perfectly. There also isn't a ton of options for food so eat before you arrive.

Breakfast was amazing! The location being so close to the airport was amazing! The ease of getting a taxi to and from the airport was perfect! The price was soooo worth it and the grounds were also so nice with the alpaca's and the sheep. It was definitely a beyond pleasant "airport hotel".

The worst thing we experienced was the water temperature in the shower. It is either hot hot or cold cold, but after a few beers anything is possible! There could be way worse things and it didn't damper our thoughts on the hotel at all.
