Hotel was well located to access the airport which worked for us. Great bar and restaurant with a good menu and lots of options. There was a buffet breakfast and a omelet station. Service was excellent and fast. There is a outside deck great for sunset drinks near the bar. There are airline check-in consoles in the hotel that provide advance luggage check. This allows you to by-pass some queues at the airport. There is a free shuttle to and from airport that runs every 30 minutes.

Bit far from town centre but stuff is spread out and Quito is a big and sprawling city so no big issue to get around. Just factor in some time and consult Google Maps for driving time estimates. Get taxis which are reasonable and reliable. The hotel has their own taxis available to book.

I have repeatedly stayed at Wyndham Airport Quito, just because it is so conveniently located and comfortable. The people at the reception desk and in the restaurant are super nice; they make you feel really welcome. The rooms are spacious, the shower is huge, and - very important - the bed is excellent. I particularly appreciate their effort to avoid plastic. There are no plastic bottles in the room, but a carafe and a water fountain in the hallway. The shuttle service to the airport is also great.

This was a surprisingly nice stay. We had an overnight layover in Quito, and this was the closest option to the airport. We didn't expect much but it far exceeded those expectations. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The lobby was warm and welcoming and smelled great. They pool and spa area was also a nice treat. Lastly the food, wow, we had the breakfast and lunch buffet, they certainly know how to impress. Definitely recommend if only in Quito for a night.

Not much to put on this list. The lunch buffet that wasn't included was a little pricy but with the quality and variety of food options it was worth it in our opinion. Otherwise, nothing we could find not to like.

If you need to stay near the Quito Airport choose this Wyndham. The customer service is exceptional from the moment you approach their shuttle counter inside the airport: "Please relax on the couch and when the shuttle van arrives I'll walk you out to it", to the greeting inside the lobby, complimentary coffee and refreshments available, on premises restaurant and 24 hour room service! Room was spacious, clean and comfortable.

I wish we could have enjoyed our stay for more than our 10 hour layover! Bottled water in the room was missing, might have been an oversight.

Easy and convinent for late arrival and early departure for Quito Airport. Perfect for over night layover for flights to and from the Galapagos Island. Closest hotel to airport. For from airport, go to brown kiosk between exit doors and go to Wyndham spot and let them know you have a room with them and they will walk you to where to wait for airport shuttle. Shuttle to airport runs every 30 minutes (24 hours). Good breakfast buffet included (was open at 5:40am).

You are paying for the ease and convenience. (Not really expensive, but you can find cheaper places further away.)

Complimentary shuttle. Great dinner and breakfast buffets. Amenities such as great a/c, fridge, TV, full length mirror, and hot water. These features are usually taken for granted, until our stay in a remote destination without these luxuries immediately prior to this stay. Furthermore, I broke my ankle days prior to our stay here, and staff was very helpful and attentive with check in, check out, and table service, thereby reducing my stress and discomfort. We had a couple of small issues in the room, and maintenance staff resolved them incredibly quickly. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

Firstly, the location was absolutely perfect. Not only close to the airport, but also with shuttle service, which makes everything more convenient. The hotel areas, reception, room, bar, restaurant, were very nice! I had enjoyed doing some work and relaxing in the bar area. Unfortunately did not go to the pool, gym, and other areas during this stay. Next time visiting Quito, will for sure consider this hotel as my first option, if I have a flight the very next day (at least by noon), because it helps to save a lot of time by not needing the transportation from Quito city to the airport.

I received extraordinary help from Geomara at reception. My wallet had been stolen in Quito and I had no money and no credit cards. Luckily I did not lose my mobile phone nor my passport and was able to take an Uber to the hotel. However I had booked through Booking.com but had not prepaid and my credit cards had been stolen. I could not access my AMEX security codes online nor could I remember them but through the efforts Geomara we were able to arrange not only payment for my room but also for dinner. Being without cash or cards means one cannot even buy a bottle of water and I will be forever grateful to her for her kindness and her help.

I liked the property very much.

Great customer service. Every interaction we had with employees was professional and kind. They were always happy to help. The checking was fast, the room was big, and the water pressure in the shower was fantastic. There were plenty of options in the breakfasts buffet with special attention given to gluten free items as well as vegetarian options

The temperature in the room was set too high for our liking. The thermostat was in the room but with no instructions we didn't dare to mess it up and make it worse. By the time we settle in our room after check in it was almost 1 the morning and we didn't want to wait for help.

The breakfast was fantastic. There were many options to choose from on the buffet and it was all delicious. I also had dinner at the restaurant buffet, and it was equally impressive. The staff were all extremely friendly and very professional. The facility is both beautiful and very clean. This Wyndham is one of, if not the best hotel I've stayed in.

The only thing I would suggest is explaining how to use the elevators at check in because they require the key card.
