The staff ensured a warm and welcoming atmosphere especially during Ramadan when the staff were all fasting. Everything is perfect Structure that directly overlooks the pyramids. Great room overlooking the pyramids. Very comfortable bed. Breakfast on the terrace with a view of the pyramids. But the real strength of the facility is host ALI with the staff. They helped us in all our needs and to organize excursions to the pyramids, Cairo and the desert. I highly recommend staying at this property.

Excellent hospitality and service! The rooms and common areas were spotless, and everything worked perfectly. I have no complaints whatsoever. The breakfast was quite good, too. The staff at this hotel were absolutely outstanding, particularly Mr. Ramy and Mr. Halit, who went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed. Their kindness and attentiveness made a huge difference during my stay. It was clean, stylish, with excellent service in where we had breakfast . Tour prices were low , plus we enjoyed our tour very much . The service was attentive and efficient. The location of the hotel is great.

I loved my stay in Lotus Inn. Before I even arrived the staff contacted me via WhatsApp and arranged the airport shuttle which was great. I have travelled a lot but have never felt so looked after and cared for like it was here - Ramy, Ahmed and Khaled were so nice, friendly and very helpful and made me feel like at home. They provided me with lots of useful and helpful information, prepared me a delicious fruit basket and tea or juice every morning as my tours started very early and were always there if I needed anything. The room was spacious, modern and very clean , it had a good aircon system that could also be used as heating in winter. The bed was very comfortable. The location could not have been better, it is very close from the pyramids, and the pyramid view from my balcony was amazing! I loved Lotus Inn and would highly recommend it! This is a mid-range inn in a very touristic area, manage your expectations. It's not perfect, but for us it definitely did the job.

It was a very nice stay in general , the staff were professional and all tours were handled professionally, they have organised everything with accurate timing. It was important for me to have access to fast internet whenever I want which was always there . I have come to Egypt more then once and I have seen how others with the same price or close to that price can be with guests , that’s why I strongly and definitely recommend this one.
