Microbes station was a 5 minutes walking distance from the hotel for Alexandria with chippest price.

Food restaurants are not nearby. Though they have restaurants . Just little bit away from pyramid but free from noise. One problem I face that was no food restaurants except el-sultan.

We had such a wonderful stay at this place that we decided to extend for our whole time in Cairo as it seemed the best deal in the city. The room was stunning, very clean, attention to detail, fast wifi, comfortable bed, and good views from the pyramids. The breakfast buffet was yummy and the staff attentive. I had stayed couple of times in Cairo before with no so pleasant experiences and I was really happy when we found this Hotel. Couldn’t recommend it more!

Excellent location between pyramids and the new museum and with very easy access to local attractions. The terrace was very relaxing and with excellent view both day and night. Wi-fi was great in all areas. The hotel was very clean and the rooms big and spacious. All employees were very courteous and friendly from our arrival.

It is truly an exceptional hotel. Was close to Giza pyramids and it was the main reason we selected this hotel. However everything else was absolutely perfect. Rooms were spacious and clean, there was a mini fridge with water when we first came with kettle and tea and coffee. Also we were served with hibiscus tea on our arrival. Staff was supper friendly, reception, people who helped us carry luggage and restaurant. We only took breakfast from restaurant because we were outside rest of the time and they have a such a wide range of selection for the breakfast menu. And the taste was amazing. Im so gutted that i lost the piece of paper i wrote the names of the staff that helped us as i wanted to say thanks. But if you guys read this post please know that you made such a difference to our stay and made it vey enjoyable. Will definitely recommend this place for anyone travelling with kids and will come back if we visit Cairo again.

The rooms at Saray were extremely spacious and clean for two or more people and the beds were comfortable. Also, the rain-shower head was ideal. In addition, the hotel was centrally located to the pyramids, the sphinx and the new museum while being in a quiet area. Next, the breakfast had a variety of foods to cater to most anyone who came to eat and the staff at were kind. Finally, the staff were helpful, attentive and kind as well as invested to ensure their guests enjoyed their trip to Egypt. Staff: Mohamed was in touch with me before going to Cairo and helped with arranging drivers and guides. It was extremely helpful as he knew and trusted the people he assigned to his guests. I would highly recommend Mohamed to anyone traveling and wants an easy experience.

I really loved most everything but if we are talking about things to improve, utilizing the space on the roof as a entertainment area for the evening would had been ideal Most guests were out throughout the morning to late afternoon but would had appreciated music, shisha, meet and greet sessions with other hotel guests. This is just a suggestion for the future as I think it would really take off as there was not much to do in the area, in the evening. I also think that it would had been nice to have tea, coffee, sugar and creamer as a basic room essential item.

Fairly new hotel, got the early like 8am The Manager showed me a few rooms and gave me an upgrade to suite which was perfect as I was with my son. The room was modern & clean. Lovely sunset view of the Great Pyramids on the rooftops of the Pyramids and the New Museum. Breakfast free, lovely & and fresh, and you could have it on the sun terrace over the looking the views. The manager can organise all you trasfares and tours without being too pushy . Lovely place 2 stay for a few nights why you explore Cairo. Thank you to the manager for being so kind. For sure, I will return.

They could have a bit more variety on the main menu for choice as not many places around to eat, but the chef was lovely to help! But apart from that 10 put of 10 ......

The property is brand new and in a convenient location close to everything in Cairo but in a quiet area. The staff was wonderful- so friendly and the meals were great. Then house keeping staff was also so kind and incredible. Everyone went above and beyond for our group.

Location isn’t in a walkable location to places and WiFi did not work. Lost a piece of laundry but not a big deal as they are trying to replace the piece.

Exceptional service and attention. 24 hour reception and security outside the entrance, feels safe, as a solo female traveller for the first day, this made a huge difference. Felt comfortable immediately and taken care of. Welcoming but professional and arrange guided tours for you. The place seems new and rooms are big clean and new, bed is comfortable and bathroom is good too. View from the rooftop of the pyramids is awesome and a lovely way to enjoy breakfast or evening coffee to recharge. Exceptional attention to detail, kept our bags for us whilst we toured the city as we had a late night flight and were given access to showers before our flight. Highly recommend if want to stay in Giza, great value for money.

Everything was good, WiFi occasionally slow but not really a problem it does work, just be prepared for it. only recommendation would be more local food available on the menu would be a plus.
