This a great hotel with amazing team all staff we’re kind with exceptional services from reception staff like Mr Hani, Mr. Mohamed Adel, Mr. Mohamed Kamel, kitchen chiefs as like Samah & others, housekeeper’s, bar captains at the beach, beach safeguards and the animation team Nawal & Mido. The location is perfect with attractive view, clean rooms, foods were tasty with diverse plates Would definitely recommend this hotel and enjoy your vacation😊

Well I didn’t like the internal trip office called ‘Safari’ especially Mr Ibrahim and May there were no professionalism in communication nor transparency which their prices are double and more a bit than the other internal travel agencies as there is no private tour as we thought and we were accompanied by other people from the others tour agencies with a lower trip costs. We complained about with what we get through they gave us back a peanuts after the interference from the hotel end. Thus, I won’t to go with them anymore.

The room could've been cleaner. It also wasn't properly cleaned even once during our 3 nights stay. Dinner was also not that good. Also, not necessarily their fault, but the tour operator that works with the hotel (they have a small cabin in the hotel's beach) were very bad, and promised us many things that didn't happen even though we paid extra for them. I would expect a 5-star hotel to work with respectable tour operators, because the only reason we chose the operator was the fact that they work with the hotel.

The fitness room should be facing the beach with a view. Music at breakfasts was too loud and spoiled the tranquility of the experience. I would highly recommend that the hotel staff pay attention to the loudness of the music played. They made it more quiet upon our request - Thank you.

Amazing location, great value, probably the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed in Sinai. The staff are proactively, helpful, available, very friendly yet professional. The facilities are great, all the activities are within their resort and at better prices that outside. They have the best heated swimming pool. I specifically mention Miss Nesma , the media and public relations staff manager.

As far as I’m concerned, this is the perfect place to spend a vacation. I have actually been to numerous hotels in the Caribbean, USA as well as sinai and the rest of the Red Sea.

The hotel was clean and well maintained, as was the beautiful garden in which it is located. The room was spacious and well equipped. The staff were helpful, friendly and professional, especially the service in the restaurant was of a high standard. The beach was pleasant, except for occasional noisy groups of other guests, and the sea absolutely great. Overall the place looked very well run.

Music from the restaurant in the morning during breakfast, which started at 7am. I was hoping for as much quiet and long sleep as possible during my vacation - both are a luxury for me in the rest of the year. The music woke me up a few times. The food for dinner could have been more varied on some days.

We love the Safir, it's our third time staying here and it's the best in Dahab. We come for the diving every year. It's a true 5* hotel in Egypt (we have stayed in a lot of places). Beautiful private beach that's really quiet with calm waters for swimming. The rooms are gorgeous bungalows with large terraces / hammocks with a view. We really enjoy the breakfast buffet with the eggs station and fresh fruit juices each morning. Special thanks to Chef Refaat and Nesma on reception for making our stay so amazing!

No taxi service at concierge so we had to wait outside to flag down a taxi into town. The English at Room service could be improved as we had to explain a few times what we wanted.

This place is just amazing and a fantastic place to recharge. I have felt so spoiled here. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. They do everything to make the customer happy. The rooms are clean and beautiful. The beach is really nice and relaxing. I especially love to windsurf, which is right by the hotel. But you can also scuba dive or snorkel or swim or get amazing massages with sauna and steam bath for a great price in the Spa. The hotel feels super safe and wonderful, also as a solo traveller.

I honestly can’t think of anything. I love this place.

This is definitely the place to stay at Dahab, the rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable, the beach is very nice and clean, the food was really good and had a lot of varieties every morning and night, it made our stay very comfortable,

I liked everything

It's a beautiful resort overlooking the sea. The rooms are clean, spacious and have a nice balcony. Staff is responsive, respectful and professional. Quite liked the food and really enjoyed my stay. Would definitely come back again.

Only issue was the shower sink, it wasn't draining properly for some reason but it's something they are working on so that's great. Also, would have been nice to have more amenities already present in the room. I was told that they would be provided upon request but I didn't know that prior to my stay. The rooms are dimly lit. It would be great if they had stronger lighting.
