Location is great, right in downtown, it's easy to go everywhere (marina, night market). room is clean, staffs and owner are friendly and helpful, they gave us the good welcome drink, recommendation for visiting the city, we feel safe when we was here, not like the other cities.

In my opinion the location could not have been better. We were right in the middle of the restaurants and shops in Sheraton road. The marina which is packed full of restaurants and bars was only a 6-7 minute stroll away. A lovely beach El Sakia was right opposite and also a 5-6 minute stroll away. El sakia beach is 100le per person per day and you get a deck chair and chioce of whether you have a shaded umbrella or not. On the way back from the beach is a very large and good supermarket The staff were excellent and we found this to be true throughout Egypt. The rooms are basic by European standards but had the 3 most important things...A/C kettle and fridge. Value for money was simply unbeatable. We did stay in other places a lot more expensive and no better

quite noisy street because of street musicians and late evening open places. there is no elevator, top floor would not be proper for seniors.

The hotel exceeded my expectations for the price. The room was very clean and tidy, comfortable beds, very nice balconies. Staff was more than accommodating, going way and beyond what I got previously while travelling around Egypt. Breakfast was really good considering Ramadan time - when we asked Chef she even prepared omelettes for us and they were excellent. Lovely staff with very warm attitude towards their guest. There are some things like pretty weak WiFi but it's nothing that would hinder our experience. It's one of the only times I give 10 points to the hotel but fully deserved.

There are several points of improvement like everywhere but still they deserve 10 as for the price you pay these are so minute I don't even feel like listing them is relevant.

The staff was great and the owner really care, I mean really care, the room was more what I expected, there was a watercooker and tee , bottle water, great bathroom, clean and hook for towels, the owner put a lot of energy for this, first time I saw in in egypt. Little fridge. very clean. There is a restaurant down, great to arrive and drink a cold Stella for good price and eat good food. In Egypt it is difficult do find beer in any place , but he has.. Book the breakfast, just great for 3Euro-- the place is more than I expected

Little bit noisy, but you are in the middle of center, very good located. Ok, he has no beach, but ask at the reception, there is always a good beach for 2 Euro

I had to say, during all my trips in 20+ countries, this hotel is the best, with the price of hostel, it offers the service of hotel. best choice in hurghada. service:the staff and boss are so nice and even.gave us a welcome drink( coffee, teapat, water, fruit salad) staff: always wearing a smile and give us the sense of calm when we have questions value: with hostel price, give service that exceeds even some hotel. very very clean and I had to say I feel sorry that i had nothing chinese for the help of the boss, since after one.day diving, he even gave us a free use of shower in a ready room. Before I thought i would never come back to egypt again, and it was just a one-life one-time trip, but now because of the people in Hurghada, I think I will definetely come back again. thank you.

Everything was perfect. The location, welcome, nice reception area. Rooms very good, everything you need is there. Hot water, airco, good bed. If you need anything or your room need to be cleaned just ask. All the staff was friendly and helpfull. The restaurant serves delicious food and drinks. Definitely I come back again! Excellent stay.

There can be noise from outside but that is everywhere in Hurghada around the Sheraton road. Just bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper. However I slept perfect.

The bed was very comfortable, good air conditioning and very friendly staff. The rooms were clean (beds, pillows etc). There was a great bar downstairs but because we arrived very late, we headed straight to bed. We had to find late night accomodation at 21h and they had no problem taking us in that last-minute. Great experience overall!

The door to our room did not lock on the outside. We could lock it from the inside but when we left the room, the door remained open. We did not inform the staff at the time though because we were in a hurry. We are certain that they would have given us a different room if we had asked.

It was a pretty decent hotel. The location is good. Staff was friendly. Huge shoutout to Adam who helped us alot in finding tours, food to eat around etc. He even came along with us to the restaurant and to the tour guide himself. Adam made our trip memorable and next time i come to hurgadha i will stay in this hotel only because of the hospitality received by Adam.

The breakfast should be included. We paid extra for the breakfast, but it was very average and has a huge scope for improvement. Would recommend eating outside.

I don't know where i can start. İ have stayed many hotel until this time. But first time i am witness real that someone saying this is your second house. Because they completly have us felt like it. Staff are totaly heplful, and in egypt without any expectation, it is really precious. Also rooms are extremely clean and tidy. They have a great kitchen because of restaurant , breakfast was also over our expactation. They have warmly welcoming whenever we enter the hotel. Besides, location is perfect, you are at the center of the hurghada. 24 hours reception is available. Whenever we asked something or we demand, they found the solutions. And every time they try to stay high costumer hapiness. We had stayed our first day of trip, and we come back again our last 2 days of our trip here. İ hope, we are going to visit again to Hurghada and this place it will be our first chose again.
