The beach Area, the division made between Bel Air Arabia and Bel Air Azure is not Fair at all as Bel Air Arabia guests can use the places assigned for the Bel Air Guests however if Bel Air Guests tried to use Arabia sunbeds the staff preventing them. If the administration wants to make equality which should be there rule should be a rule for both which means if this area is assigned to Bel Air, Arabia guests can't use and vice versa, but what we have see there this is not fair at all and even the Staff agree with the logic but they said this is Administration recommendation.

Great location, close to the sea, with various leisure activities to enjoy. The hotel is relatively large and connected to the Azur Hospitality hotel network, so you can even stroll through the streets of neighbouring hotels. Everything was very beautiful, and there was even an evening entertainment program (discos, karaoke, etc.).

There is a lack of disposable napkins in the restaurants that could be used after eating greasy food, as well as air fresheners in the room.

The people there are very nice and very trustworthy, especially the receptionist. The hotel is all-inclusive and the food is good, even though not perfect but at least is clean and fresh. The hotel includes a beach and it is very nice to lie down or do some snorkeling there, there are also safety guards present.

The paid restaurant is not tasting good, in our opinion the normal buffet restaurant is better. The room is in general a bit old, but it is clean inside. Just the bed sheet is not comfortable because of the pilling. It is kind of a surprise that after the cleaning day, what bed sheet you will get.

I was there last month. This place is so amazing , it should be a first choice for everyone who needs a calm soothing place for a vacation. It was a good choice for a honeymoon stay. The pool size was good, the shared beach is not so far and at night you can have a lovely walk there. A good variety of food ,dessert,snacks and drinks. The staff was good and eager to help you. Special thanks for Mr Andrew (Receptionist) , as we had arrived too early before our check in time , yet he offered us a breakfast and prepared our room. One more point to consider : The location of the hotel is a real advantage.

Just a future change in design to include an elevator and change in furniture style would be fine ✌🏻

We had a large room with a large bathroom and balcony. It was perfectly clean. The ocean at this property is pristine. The meals and snack options were mostly great.

The staff were not that efficient at check-in and check-out. They are strangely concerned with the pool towels and repeatedly asked us for them even though we had already returned them. It became a bit of an unpleasant experience. This was my first time at an all inclusive resort and I did not like having to wear a wristband the whole time I was there. There is only one part of the resort that is exclusive to adults. Most of the meals were great, but the lunch foods did not taste good. It might be unrelated, but my friend became really sick after our first day at the resort.

Very nice resort in a good location by the beach, very tasty food, very good facilities like gym tennis courts,ping pong.

Not enough sunbeds for everyone by the beach and also not enough tables in the outdoor seating area for the evening meal and not very pleasant and rude restaurant manager

Huge rooms with balconies, and both pool and beach access. It’s blissful being adults only. Every meal is a huge buffet so you’re spoilt for choice. We didn’t partake, but there are daily activities and nightly shows or events.

Note that you are a decent distance from Hurghada centre.

Food variety and quality at sometimes Bars staff and beach staff are not friendly nor professional.

The resort is very nice. There is a lot of variety of food and drinks. Staff is welcoming and helpful.

Wifi is available only at the reception. For $14 you can pay for WIFI and they give you a device that you can bring with you at all times and have wifi. It has 12GB for 7 days.

The food was very good,there were no crowd during meals,dinner was served around the pool,which we liked very much.Special thanks to the driver Gomaa.

The cleaning of the bathrooms should be improved,they need renovation soon
