The staff were really helpful. The owner Mr.Hassan was in constant touch and helped us lot through the whole process and went an additional distance for the lot to be comfortable. The staff at the reception always had a smile and any of our requests were entertained even though a few went over the hotel policy. Overall a good time spent.

Pool swimming policy is 8AM to 5PM. Given Hurghada is a tourist destination, tourists might end up coming a bit late to their rooms and would want to take a dip. It would be great if the hotel extends the pool timings to 8-9PM atleast as like the other hotels in the area. In any case, the hotel staff got us an exception over 6PM for around an hour which was really commendable.

Everything you need is there, or on the foot access in the town. No hidden charges - you pay exactly what you see on this website, and if you buy the breakfast on the spot it costs as much as if you'd include it during the booking. A bit of alive corals on the boulders at the end of the beach with fish always on the spot. The room comes with a balcony full size glass doors and it never gets windy and no direct sunlight either. Everythinbg is rather spacious including the bathroom, you do not really hear what happens in the hallway when you are in the bed. Great value for the money.

The beach closes for the night, morning, and for the evening, it works only during the day, and the pool inside the hotel only supposedly works during the day also. Make it make sense. Can't take your drinks to the beach.

The staff were very nice and responsive. Always smiling and ready to help. Breakfast and dinner were really very good and varied. Lunch was served between 1 and 3 PM and cost 100 LE. I assume it might be good too, but I didn't dine at the hotel. The beach just across the street is not spacious but is cordoned off from the surrounding area and is enough for a peaceful relaxation. The beach area also has a massage office, offering a full body massage for an hour for €20. While on tours, there are “breakfast packages” to be announced the night before. Returning from a tour after dinner time, hotel staff kindly offered an individually served dinner at 11pm. Thank you very much for this. The room was very spacious with a large balcony overlooking the pools in the backyard. There was also a fridge in the room.

Despite the fact that there was always someone working on cleaning rooms, they only visited my room once during the week. Once I even asked to change towels, which wasn't done. There's soap in the bathroom but no shampoo. I can also point out that there is no safe in the room. But I had no doubts about safety.

I really enjoyed my stay. First, the location of the hotel is great in a vivid and lively area.The reception staff were very friendly and welcoming. The receptionist helped us make our check in very quick. He was so helpful and cooperative. I really want to express my appreciation to him. The suites were very clean and spacious and they made a wonderful surprise for us. Swimming pools are clean and although the aqua wasn't that big, but we had a great time. Kids enjoyed the kids area. Food and drinks were very tasty and delicious. They offer drinks all day. The animation team was the best. We had different shows everyday. We also had a wonderful time on the beach. We saw beautiful coral reefs. It was one of the best stays. Honestly, the hotel is very comfortable.

I like the location: close to the Airport, walking distance to Hurghada city and the beach is across the road. Staff is very friendly and supportive. Food is ok also.

Electricity sometimes went down in the wall sockets, so phone charging was possible only from the bathroom's socket. But we can live with it, not an issue :)

The staff were friendly, I liked the restaurants, swimming, coral reefs and snorkeling at the hotel beach. The place were quiet and peaceful with nice night views.

All was acceptable for the amount paid.
